Question About Your Order?

Check the status of your order 24/7 by clicking My Account above our Search box, then click Orders in the side bar. We keep track of when your order was placed, expected date it will ship, status, quantity and order total.

Online Order Status Key

Received - Your order has been entered into the system and is in queue to be processed by our warehouse. If you paid by credit card, your card will not be charged until the order has been packaged and ready for shipment.

Wire Transfer - You've opted to pay by bank transfer. When the money is received your order will be processed by the warehouse.

Processing Error - We have run into a problem processing payment with your credit card. This can be caused by multiple reasons. We will contact you to resolve the issues and once payment is confirmed your order will be processed by the warehouse.

Customer Service - You have either requested that we contact you regarding your order prior to processing, or we've encountered some problem with completing your order. Possible issues are changes in part applications, including parts that are no longer available, price changes, shipping issues and incomplete payment or other order information. We will contact you to verify necessary information and discuss alternatives.

Backorder - One or more parts on your order are currently unavailable and we have no ETA for the part. We are happy to discuss alternative applications for the backordered part or modify your order to ship the parts we have on hand, with the exception of kits that include the backordered part.

Inventory Adjustment - One or more parts on the order required a manual count adjustment at our warehouse and will continue processing once we resolve the inventory issue, typically within 24-48 hours.

Picking - Order is being picked by the warehouse for shipment. At this point changes cannot be made to the order.

Holding - Your order has been held because it cannot be completed by our automated system. This could be the result of a payment or shipping address problem. Your order is under review and you maybe contacted by ECS if it cannot be resolved easily.

Product Inbound - 1 or more items on your order are in route from a local supplier. Your order will be ready for shipment as soon as the ordered parts arrive at our warehouse.

Picked - Your order has been picked and ready for shipment. Once packaged, you will receive an email containing the UPS tracking number. At this point changes cannot be made to the order.

Shipped - Your order is boxed and has been assigned a tracking number. Note the tracking number status may not change until late in the evening when UPS's daily pickups are recorded.

The ECS Tuning Wholesale Division is dedicated to serving the needs of businesses interested in selling products from the extensive ECS Tuning catalog. If you are interested in becoming an ECS Tuning Wholesale Partner please Download our Application and email the completed application to wholesale@ecstuning.com. We will review the application and contact you directly with the next steps in the process. The application approval process normally takes 2-3 business days once submitted for review.
