Pricing or Typographical Errors
While ECS Tuning strives to provide accurate product and pricing information, pricing or typographical errors may occur. ECS Tuning cannot confirm the price of an item until after you order. In the event that an item is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to an error in pricing or product information, ECS Tuning shall have the right, at our sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any orders placed for that item. In the event that an item is mispriced, ECS Tuning may, at our discretion, either contact you for instructions or cancel your order and notify you of such cancellation. Prices and availability are subject to change without notice.

Order Acceptance
Please note that there may be certain orders that we are unable to accept and must cancel. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any order for any reason. For your convenience, you will not be charged until your payment method is authorized, the order information is verified for accuracy and your order is shipped. Some situations that may result in your order being canceled include limitations on quantities available for purchase, inaccuracies or errors in product or pricing information, or problems identified by our credit and fraud avoidance department. We may also require additional verifications or information before accepting any order. We will contact you if all or any portion of your order is canceled or if additional information is required to accept your order. If your order is canceled after your credit card has been charged, we will issue a credit to your credit card in the amount of the charge.

Site Security
Users are prohibited from violating or attempting to violate the security of the Site, including, without limitation, (a) accessing data not intended for such user or logging onto a server or an account which the user is not authorized to access; (b) attempting to probe, scan or test the vulnerability of a system or network or to breach security or authentication measures without proper authorization; (c) attempting to interfere with service to any user, host or network, including, without limitation, via means of submitting a virus to the Site, overloading, "flooding," "spamming," "mailbombing" or "crashing;" (d) sending unsolicited email, including promotions and/or advertising of products or services; or (e) forging any TCP/IP packet header or any part of the header information in any email or newsgroup posting. Violations of system or network security may result in civil or criminal liability. You agree not to use any device, software or routine to interfere or attempt to interfere with the proper working of this Site or any activity being conducted on this site. You agree, further, not to use or attempt to use any engine, software, tool, agent or other device or mechanism (including without limitation browsers, spiders, robots, avatars or intelligent agents) to navigate or search this Site other than the search engine and search agents available from ECS Tuning.com on this Site and other than generally available third party web browsers (e.g., Netscape Navigator, Microsoft Explorer).

Copyrights and Intellectual Property
This Site and all its Contents are intended solely for personal, non-commercial use. You may download or copy the Contents and other downloadable materials displayed on the Site for your personal use only. No right, title or interest in any downloaded materials or software is transferred to you as a result of any such downloading or copying. You may not reproduce (except as noted above), publish, transmit, distribute, display, modify, create derivative works from, sell or participate in any sale of or exploit in any way, in whole or in part, any of the Contents, the Site or any related software.

Product Warranty

It is the intention of ECS Tuning to sell only quality products.  ECS Tuning offers a 1 year warranty against defects in workmanship or materials.  You must provide us with a copy of your invoice as proof of purchase.  ECS Tuning will only replace or repair warranty items, no refunds will be given.  ECS Tuning or the product manufacturer will inspect or test all products prior to a warranty claim adjustment.  Simply returning the product to ECS Tuning does not guarantee payment.  ECS Tuning does not pay for consequential, incidental and contingent damages or costs incurred of any kind, including the cost incurred directly or indirectly in relation to goods sold by ECS Tuning.

Due to the possible rapid failure of some products that are improperly installed or used, ECS Tuning cannot offer full warranty coverage on electrical components (i.e. air mass sensors, oxygen sensors, light bulbs..) or wearable mechanical items (i.e. brake rotors, brake pads, clutch discs, clutch pressure plates, flywheels..)

Damaged/Missing Items in Shipment

If you receive an item damaged, notify ECS Tuning within 5 working days of the receipt of the shipment. Do not discard any of the box, packing material, or broken items. In most cases you will receive replacement items. However we do require a damage claim number that the customer obtains from U.P.S. To obtain this damage claim number, call 800-742-5877. You will need to supply them with information from your shipping label. Once you have a damage claim number, call ECS Tuning for immediate part replacement. Shortage item claims MUST be made within 5 working days of the receipt of the shipment. ECS Tuning will not be responsible for shortage and/or damaged shipment(s) once the order/shipment has exceeded the 5 working day allowable limit.

Local Order Pickups

ECS no longer stocks parts at our Norton Ohio sales and research office.  If you would like to pick your order in person you must first call.  Phone orders placed before 2:00PM will be available that same day after 3:00PM.   

Online Order Status Key

Received - Your order has been entered into the system and is in que to be processed by our warehouse. If you paid by credit card, your card will not be charged until the order has been packaged and ready for shipment.

Wire Transfer - You've opted to pay by bank transfer. When the money is received your order will be processed by the warehouse.

Picking - Order is being picked by the warehouse for shipment. At this point changes cannot be made to the order.

Holding - Your order has been held because it cannot be completed by our automated system. This could be the result of a payment or shipping address problem. Your order is under review and you maybe contacted by ECS if it cannot be resolved eaisly.

Product Inbound - 1 or more items on your order are in route from a local supplier. Your order will be ready for shipement in 1-3 days.

Picked - Your order has been picked and ready for shipment. Once packaged you will receive an email containing the UPS tracking number. At this point changes cannot be made to the order.

Shipped - Your order is boxed and has been assigned a tracking number. Note the tracking number status may not change until late in the evening when UPS's daily pickups are recorded.

International Orders

Please be advised that your country may impose duty fees, or other taxes based on the product origin and/or value. These fees and taxes are based on your country's import policy, and may be imposed in addition to the purchase price and shipping/handling fees collected by us prior to shipment. All such fees and taxes are the responsibility of the recipient and our company is not responsible for them. We are not be responsible for such fees/taxes on returned items either. If you are concerned about possible additional charges, please contact your local Import/Customs authority for more information.

Returns and Exchanges

We accept no returns after 30 days and without written authorization. All returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Special orders may require a 50% deposit which is non-refundable. NO returns on electrical, special order or "1-3 day" parts.

Before any product is returned, contact ECS Tuning by email or phone.  After submitting your request for a return product should be sent to:

Your invoice number must be visible on the outside of the package for proper return processing.  Failure to follow the procedure above may result in a loss of product and delay your refund.
