The Human Resource Director will manage the overall functions of Human Resources services including policies, programs, recruitment, talent development, compensation and benefits for the entire organization. Position focuses on planning, management, and delivery of software development and Information Technology projects. The individual in this role will be responsible for working with technology and business teams to establish and execute project plans, determine and mitigate risks, and communicate project and program information to all stakeholders, including the executive team. This position requires the capability to work on multiple projects with a positive attitude.

This is a full-time opportunity.

  • Requirements:
  • 5+ years of successful project management experience in the software development environment.
  • Proven understanding of project management best practices.
  • The ability to clearly communicate with all levels of personnel, across multiple teams.
  • The ability to clearly and effectively organize project and product plans, roadmaps, and scorecards.
  • Proactive and timely removal of barriers/blockers.
  • Measure and report project and program progress.
  • Strong conflict management skills.
  • The ability to create effective documentation.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to coach and mentor others.
  • Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience with agile/lean planning methods.
  • Experience with traditional planning tools - Gantt charts, Microsoft Project, etc.
  • Familiarity with the Atlassian platform (JIRA, Confluence) or other issue tracking/documentation tools.
