If you're looking for an easy way to enhance your underhood appearance or if your engine bay could use a touch of premium materials then we have you COVERED! Our ECS Tuning in-house designed and engineered Carbon Fiber and Textured Black Engine Bay Parts feature precision 3D designed parts that transform your engine bay styling and set your car apart from all the rest!
All ECS underhood parts are designed and engineered in-house using state of the art 3D laser scanning and CAD technology for precision fitment and are made from either lightweight, hand-laid epoxy resin pre-impregnated 2x2 twill weave carbon fiber cloth and autoclave cured. They are clear coated for excellent finish durability and UV resistance or a high temperature engineered thermoplastic to withstand extreme engine bay temperatures.
All parts are tested and quality inspected by our Research and Development team in our Wadsworth, Ohio facility. We strive for the highest level of precision and quality through leading-edge product development technology including FARO laser scanning for reverse engineering and quality inspection, SolidWorks 3D CAD modeling, rapid prototyping utilizing our in-house 3D printer, and rigorous long term product testing.
