Audi 1.8T Diverter Valve Upgrades
Turbo compressor surge is a harmful effect of boost pressure that is not released when the throttle body plate is closed. Thankfully Audi implemented a diverter valve to relieve pressure and keep your turbocharger safe. Over time your diverter valve can show signs of weakness and either stop working completely or leak, which both can have negative effects on your vehicle.
