Our V5 plain rotor design is perfect for daily drivers looking for a reliable and affordable brake rotor option, and features a durable GeoSpec; silver-colored coating, which offers superior corrosion protection versus a painted or zinc coated rotor. This coating also eliminates the light oiling many manufactures utilize to avoid flash rust while rotors are stored or in transit: this means there's no cleaning or scuffing required to install ECS V5 plain rotors, making brake services quicker than that with uncoated rotors.
Our V5 slotted rotor design provides excellent heat dissipation thanks to reduced pad out-gassing, meaning reduced brake fade. Slotting also reduces glazing, meaning consistently increased overall stopping power. Our 5th generation slotted brake rotor also features a sleek black zinc coating for a clean, contemporary look as well as superior corrosion protection versus an uncoated or black oxide coated rotor.
Our V5 cross drilled and slotted rotor design offers even greater heat dissipation and improved wet-weather performance as compared with a slotted rotor, making it an ideal choice for high-performance driving enthusiasts.
