Our precision-engineered upgrade weighs in at only 18.9 lbs, a substantial weight reduction of 29%! This reduction translates to a dramatic improvement in throttle response and engine pep, allowing you to extract even more driving pleasure from your S4.

At ECS Tuning, we're proud to release our in-house designed and engineered High Flow Intercooler Pipe Kit! Each kit comes standard with mandrel bent, powder coated aluminum plumbing from the turbocharger to the throttle body, as well as upgraded silicone couplers, stainless steel T-Bolt clamps, and all installation accessories for an easy, direct bolt-on installation. The factory turbocharger outlet pipe has serious restriction right out of the compressor outlet due to it's small diameter tubing and irregular obstructions. We've improved this charge pipe by providing a smooth transitioning silicone coupler right off the turbo outlet, which carries boost pressure to our carefully evaluated larger diameter intercooler pipes. The upper intercooler pipe features a CNC-machined and TIG welded mounting flange for the aluminum mounting bracket to allow for OE-like fitment. Similar to the turbo outlet pipe, the factory intercooler outlet pipe leaves much to be desired. We've improved this charge pipe by providing a silicone coupler off of the intercooler outlet, which carries boost pressure to our larger diameter tubing throttle body pipe. The ECS intercooler outlet pipe features a CNC-machined and TIG welded MAP sensor mounting flange to allow for direct fitment. We've also included a smooth flowing silicone throttle body hose coupler to complete the transition from stock to our upgraded kit.

This left and right plastic cover mounts over the wiper cowl on the front windshield and has an access panel flip up for the brake fluid reservoir and the other side has the battery cover. Great for a replacement to restore that section. The integrated rubber seal at the top each side that touches the window tends to deteriorate over time. These trim panels include that seal on each side. (Note when these start to deteriorate it looks like a separate seal, but it is part of the main plastic piece.) Protect your oiling system with confidence with our ECS Stainless Steel Oil Pan! Able to handle more abuse than the original pan while retaining major ground clearance and increasing oil capacity simultaneously. If you've ever worried about rocks or debris in the road compromising your oil pan, this is MUST HAVE PROTECTION! Not just another aluminum pan susceptible to cracking, our pan is beefy! Made from 11 gauge (1/8") T304 stainless steel and then 100% TIG welded and pressure checked for a perfect seal. To further ensure optimum sealing capacity, the mounting flange is thick, laser cut from 3/16" thick T304 stainless and then post machined and checked for flatness to our tight tolerances. Added strength and modularity is added into our design with six sturdy side gussets that are welded to the side walls and mounting flange surface. A welded-on M14x1.5mm bung converts your Evo4 engine to a standard, easy to use drain plug with our included ECS Magnetic Drain Plug. Factory provisions for the OEM oil level sensor are retained for direct, plug and play functionality. Topping off our pan is a laser cut "ECS" logo in the front corner for a subtle finishing touch. Increasing oil capacity and ensuring oil temps stay in the safe zone were incorporated into our design. By bringing the sump further forward we were able to utilize more volume, approximately 1.0 - 1.5 Liters of added oil capacity, which helps extend oil service intervals and maintains more consistent operating temperatures.

BMW's S55 uses a unique water-to-air charge air cooler. While this cooler is located inside the intake manifold, it relies on a front-mounted heat exchanger for heat dissipation. Many enthusiasts have found that this heat exchanger is a limiting factor when it comes to extracting more horsepower and torque from the twin-turbocharged-platform. Its single-row, 27mm core is quick to heat soak, resulting in sky-high-IATs and subsequently sending the DME into limp-home-mode. To solve this issue, Turner Motorsport has-designed an all-aluminum, performance-oriented heat exchanger suitable for street-focused, high-horsepower builds, track-oriented vehicles, and everything in between. To improve upon the factory design, Turner engineers started by addressing the weak, failure-prone plastic end tanks. Constructed from durable 5052 aluminum and TIG-welded for added strength, these end tanks are guaranteed to outlast the factory design. Additionally, the end tanks feature CNC-machined billet aluminum hose connectors, flanges, and brackets. This ensures seamless integration with the factory hoses�and mounting provisions, providing a trouble-free fit and effortless installation.
