New VW 2.5L Stainless Steel Exhaust Header

Unleash the performance and signature growl of your 2.5L 5-cylinder with our Engineered Performance Exhaust Manifold. Designed as a direct bolt-on replacement for the restrictive factory setup, this header features 260mm equal-length runners constructed from durable 1.65mm wall 304 stainless steel. By enlarging primary tubing from 39.5mm to 41.4mm and merging them into a unique cast 5-into-1 collector with an integrated O2 sensor bung, exhaust scavenging is greatly improved-yielding an average flow gain of 17.8 CFM (10.8%) per runner. Each kit comes complete with a bespoke 304SS heat shield to keep engine bay temperatures in check with zero modifications required.
