Designed specifically for the Audi S6 & S7 4.0T 2012-2019 (C7 Chassis)
At the heart of this kit is a 6061 billet flex fuel sensor bypass module. With its internal parallel path, it eliminates all restrictions caused by running the flex fuel sensor in the feed where maximum flow is required. The PTFE lines with stainless braided lining offer outstanding abrasion resistance, compatibility with ethanol, and durability that prevents deterioration and contamination common with rubber-based lines.
How it works:
This kit works by creating a parallel dual path for the fuel, completely eliminating the restriction from the E85 internal sensor components.
The first pathway is a straight-through path, while the second is a parallel "bypass" pathway for the flex fuel sensor, allowing it to read the E85 content in the fuel.
With E85 having lower chemical energy, about 30% more fuel volume is required compared to gasoline to flow through the fuel feed lines to the fuel rails. The motor needs more fuel, not a more restrictive fuel feed, which is especially critical when installing the flex fuel sensor on the feed side of the fuel system.
For skeptics who believe a flex fuel sensor is not a restriction, consider the cross-section of E85 sensor internal parts. It does limit fuel flow significantly, especially when running a tune with higher boost and increased fuel requirements, compounded with the 30% increase in fuel flow needed for E85.
Compatibility: Works with most types of E85 sensors with a tube diameter of 9.5mm and an end-to-end length of 95mm. This includes the GM 13577429, GM 13577379, GM 92254793, GM 13507129, Continental, VDO, AEM 30-2200, and Innovate 3907. *The GM 13577429 is recommended by 40T for its compact size.*

- Bypass Module: Made from 6061 T-6 CNC machined and anodized aluminum, featuring Buna-N O-rings, assembly hardware, Allen tool, and spare seals.
- Short J Feed Hose: Connects factory quick connect to the bypass module.
- Passenger Side HPFP Feed Line: PTFE stainless steel braided line from the bypass module to the high-pressure fuel pump (HPFP).
- Driver Side HPFP Feed Line: PTFE stainless steel braided line from the bypass module to the high-pressure fuel pump (HPFP).

Requirements:
- Flex Fuel Sensor: A flex fuel sensor is required for this kit but is not included.
- Software Tuning: DS1 or other compatible software is needed to read the flex sensor and apply fuel scaling.
- Installation Note: The installer will need to isolate the lines leading from the fuel tank feed to the engine bay to alleviate any noticeable vibration (typically around 1200 rpm). Small sections of rubber hose or foam make effective isolators.

New/Unused Product Returns
ECS Tuning will accept returns for unused products within 90 days of the ship date for a refund to the original payment method used. The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs and fees. If selecting to use a prepaid shipping label, the shipping cost will be deducted from the total refunded amount. All new/unused products must be new, unused and must be in the original packaging, including labeling, manuals, hardware, etc. Special order parts are non-refundable.
In the event that we find an error on our website or on behalf of an ECS Tuning Representative, we will provide a return shipping label from the original delivery location.
Refused Packages
Any domestic orders that are returned to ECS Tuning as refused by receiver or non-deliverable will be subject to a return handling fee and will be processed as a return in compliance with our standard return policy, including a 15% restocking fee.
Any international orders that are refused at the time of delivery will be subject to carrier abandonment of the package, at which time the ordered products would be discarded by the carrier. The customer will not be refunded for the value of the order and the discarded products are no longer retrievable.

Please note: Refunds will be processed to the original payment method used on the order or to an in store credit, respective to the type of return that is made as well as any pre-existing arrangements with an ECS Tuning Customer Service Representative. In the event that multiple forms of payment were used, we will refund the value to an in store credit. In the event that a return label is provided, these charges may be deducted from the total refund you receive.
Original shipping costs are non-refundable and the buyer is responsible for return shipping charges. ECS Tuning will not accept COD deliveries.
All in store credit balances will expire after one year from the original purchase date.
