The AMS Performance team has gone the extra mile to develop innovative new solutions to problems found when adding forced induction to the 5.2 FSI V10 engine found in the 2017+ Audi R8 and 2015+ Lamborghini Huracan. One of the first problems that needed addressing when developing their twin-turbo V10 program was the possibility for the OEM plastic intake manifold to fail, due to the now positive air pressure within the manifold after turbocharging. To solve this, they designed the AMS Performance Alpha V10 Intake Manifold to be capable of handling any amount of boost applied to the powertrain. This Billet Intake Manifold was designed using advanced CAD software and is manufactured from billet 6061 T6 aluminum for the best quality product.

For the past 20 years, AMS Performance has been working directly with high powered turbocharged vehicles which has given us the experience necessary to futureproof and add modularity to our products, and the AMS Alpha V10 Intake Manifold is no exception. Designed for usage with the OEM fuel rails, or for our AMS fuel rails once they become available, this intake manifold will allow for fueling capabilities from mild to wild. Also included with our manifold are numerous AN ORB fittings of various sizes to allow for fitting with factory lines or plumbing your own vacuum lines.
Designed with boosted applications in mind, the AMS V10 Billet Intake Manifold has provisions for systems not found in the naturally aspirated V10 engine in the Audi R8 and the Lamborghini Huracan. Included in the manifold are two additional ports which can be used for adding dual Manifold Absolute Pressure (MAP) sensors to your build. This is especially useful when running Syvecs or MoTeC engine management systems that can fully utilize these dual MAP sensor inputs to precisely measure and control boost levels.
The SnailWorks© engineers went the extra mile by incorporating raised velocity stacks into their design. By raising the runner inlets above the floor of the plenums, it alleviates the potential for unnecessary airflow turbulence found on other aftermarket manifolds.
Not for sale or use in the state of California on any pollution-controlled vehicle as per the California Air Resources Board.

New/Unused Product Returns
ECS Tuning will accept returns for unused products within 90 days of the ship date for a refund to the original payment method used. The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs and fees. If selecting to use a prepaid shipping label, the shipping cost will be deducted from the total refunded amount. All new/unused products must be new, unused and must be in the original packaging, including labeling, manuals, hardware, etc. Special order parts are non-refundable.
In the event that we find an error on our website or on behalf of an ECS Tuning Representative, we will provide a return shipping label from the original delivery location.
Refused Packages
Any domestic orders that are returned to ECS Tuning as refused by receiver or non-deliverable will be subject to a return handling fee and will be processed as a return in compliance with our standard return policy, including a 15% restocking fee.
Any international orders that are refused at the time of delivery will be subject to carrier abandonment of the package, at which time the ordered products would be discarded by the carrier. The customer will not be refunded for the value of the order and the discarded products are no longer retrievable.

Please note: Refunds will be processed to the original payment method used on the order or to an in store credit, respective to the type of return that is made as well as any pre-existing arrangements with an ECS Tuning Customer Service Representative. In the event that multiple forms of payment were used, we will refund the value to an in store credit. In the event that a return label is provided, these charges may be deducted from the total refund you receive.
Original shipping costs are non-refundable and the buyer is responsible for return shipping charges. ECS Tuning will not accept COD deliveries.
All in store credit balances will expire after one year from the original purchase date.
