APR is one of the flagship companies when it comes to producing horsepower. The turbo kits that APR produces give more streetable horsepower per dollar than any other upgrade available. New to their line is the APR 2.0 TSI S3/Golf R K04 Conversion system.
While the original transverse 2.0 TSI engine in your vehicle makes a respectable 200hp and 270lb-ft, this APR kit takes your horsepower to another level and beyond. Without any serious modifications to the rest of the drivetrain, APR's newest OEM-based conversion package will offer reliability, drivability, and above all, serious horsepower.
Beginning with the engine management system, APR calibrated to allow smooth power from 3k to 5700 RPM. Smooth acceleration was programmed to keep from overpowering the driveline and causing wheel spin. Using the Borg Warner K04 turbo, horsepower is consistent throughout the RPM range with no fall off as redline approaches.
Using a recirculation port on the compressor cover, no complicated additional plumbing or clamps and hoses are required.
With the included ECU software, either being flashed for: 91 octane, 93 octane or 100 octane. The power numbers will vary respectively.
Here's what the power numbers look like for each mode:
- 91 Octane- 360HP 346 LB-FT
- 93 Octane- 382HP 360 LB-FT
- 100 Octane- 408HP 375 LB-FT
- Valet – Limited HP, TQ, and 70MPH speed limiter.
With the stock power measured by APR of 216HP and 238LB-FT, increases of up to 147HP and 123LB-FT are expected over stock! With a cost almost identical to a factory replacement turbo, it's the best value you can find for serious horsepower gains. Here is everything it comes with:

All you need is your order number and email address.
New/Unused Product Returns
ECS Tuning will accept returns for unused products within 90 days of the ship date for a refund to the original payment method used. The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs and fees. If selecting to use a prepaid shipping label, the shipping cost will be deducted from the total refunded amount. All new/unused products must be new, unused and must be in the original packaging, including labeling, manuals, hardware, etc. Special order parts are non-refundable.
In the event that we find an error on our website or on behalf of an ECS Tuning Representative, we will provide a return shipping label from the original delivery location.
Refused Packages
Any domestic orders that are returned to ECS Tuning as refused by receiver or non-deliverable will be subject to a return handling fee and will be processed as a return in compliance with our standard return policy, including a 15% restocking fee.
Any international orders that are refused at the time of delivery will be subject to carrier abandonment of the package, at which time the ordered products would be discarded by the carrier. The customer will not be refunded for the value of the order and the discarded products are no longer retrievable.

Please note: Refunds will be processed to the original payment method used on the order or to an in store credit, respective to the type of return that is made as well as any pre-existing arrangements with an ECS Tuning Customer Service Representative. In the event that multiple forms of payment were used, we will refund the value to an in store credit. In the event that a return label is provided, these charges may be deducted from the total refund you receive.
Original shipping costs are non-refundable and the buyer is responsible for return shipping charges. ECS Tuning will not accept COD deliveries.
All in store credit balances will expire after one year from the original purchase date.
