It utilizes the large rotors from the MK5 R32 / MK6 Golf R, which are 345mm in comparison to the 288/312mm rotors that your car currently has. With this upgrade, the caliper will be moved further from the center to allow for more clamping force. Installation of new caliper carriers lets your new calipers bolt up with ease. The kit includes all the hardware that you will need for a perfect installation job.
