When it comes time to address the faulty oil pump in your vehicle, this kit will assist you in saving time finding all of the necessary parts to replace along with the pump. This kit has been assembled by ECS Tuning in order to help you get your vehicle back on the road as soon as possible.
Kit includes:
- Balance Shaft Deleted Oil Pump
- Oil Pickup Tube
- Oil Pump Drive Chain
- Oil Pump Chain Tensioner
- Oil Pump Securing Bolts
- Oil Pump Drive Sprocket Bolt
- Turbocharger Oil Return Line Gasket
- Oil Pan Sealant (80mL)
- Genuine Engine Oil (5 Quarts of 5W-40)
- Genuine Oil Filter
- Genuine Oil Drain Plug
- Engine Cradle Gasket (Between Oil Pump Assembly and Engine Block)
The 2.0T FSI oil pump assembly with balance shaft delete service performed by iABED Industries is a unique product that allows users to retain their 2.0T FSI oiling system without the fear of having the balance shafts sieze causing catastrophic failure in the future.
This will work on all EA113 2.0T FSI engines, including the MK6 Golf R.
The process involves the following:
- Collection of good core
- Ultrasonic clean to remove oil residue and film
- CNC machine approximately 5lbs worth of steel shafts and gears
- Open oil galleys
- Ultrasonic clean to remove any metal debris inside oil galleys and remainder of oil pump housing
- Press in T6061 CNC machined plugs where shafts once sat
- Assembled unit for OEM fitment
IMPORTANT NOTICE WHICH APPLIES TO CORES & HANDLING TIME:
- Cores must have the oil pump pick up tube and both drive gears removed before shipping.
- We will not issue a core refund on oil pumps that have seized balance shafts or scored oil pump vanes.
- This is not done on a case by case basis. The core you send in will not be the oil pump you receive.
- Please do not remove your oil pump from your vehicle and send that in as a core. Unless the item is in stock at ECS , there will be a delay receiving an oil pump (read not the exact oil pump you sent in).

All you need is your order number and email address.
New/Unused Product Returns
ECS Tuning will accept returns for unused products within 90 days of the ship date for a refund to the original payment method used. The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs and fees. If selecting to use a prepaid shipping label, the shipping cost will be deducted from the total refunded amount. All new/unused products must be new, unused and must be in the original packaging, including labeling, manuals, hardware, etc. Special order parts are non-refundable.
In the event that we find an error on our website or on behalf of an ECS Tuning Representative, we will provide a return shipping label from the original delivery location.
Refused Packages
Any domestic orders that are returned to ECS Tuning as refused by receiver or non-deliverable will be subject to a return handling fee and will be processed as a return in compliance with our standard return policy, including a 15% restocking fee.
Any international orders that are refused at the time of delivery will be subject to carrier abandonment of the package, at which time the ordered products would be discarded by the carrier. The customer will not be refunded for the value of the order and the discarded products are no longer retrievable.

ECS Tuning now offers an online returns solution! To get started, simply log into your ECS Tuning account, Click the "View Orders" button on the My Account home page and select the order that you wish to make a return on to begin. If you have any questions, feel free to reach out to our Customer Service Team for assistance!
Please note: Refunds will be processed to the original payment method used on the order or to an in store credit, respective to the type of return that is made as well as any pre-existing arrangements with an ECS Tuning Customer Service Representative. In the event that multiple forms of payment were used, we will refund the value to an in store credit. In the event that a return label is provided, these charges may be deducted from the total refund you receive.
Original shipping costs are non-refundable and the buyer is responsible for return shipping charges. ECS Tuning will not accept COD deliveries.
All in store credit balances will expire after one year from the original purchase date.
