When designing our Race Catback Exhaust System, our goal was simple: amplify exhaust volume and generate a refined exhaust note with a proper "straight pipe" cat-back exhaust system. To accomplish this goal, our engineers started by incorporating full 3" piping for both resonated and non-resonated mid-pipe options. Compared to the factory midpipe, the 3" ECS Midpipe offers a significant increase in exhaust flow and expedited exhaust gas expulsion. The axle-back section is comprised of quad 2.5" tailpipes, designed for use with 4" exhaust tips while maintaining perfect fitment inside the factory valence. 

For exhaust construction, high-quality, mandrel-bent T304 Stainless Steel was used to ensure long-term corrosion resistance and weight reduction. Each joint is TIG-welded for superior reliability and longevity. Our Race Catback Exhaust System includes an OEM downpipe adapter and Accuseal clamps to ensure easy, leak-free installation.

PART DESIGN:

• In-house designed and engineered using FARO ARM laser scanning technology and SolidWorks 3D CAD modeling for precision fitment 

• 3.0" T304 Stainless Steel CNC Mandrel Bent, Brushed Tubing with 1.25mm wall thickness

• The beautifully crafted final assembly is TIG-welded and back-purged for superior durability and the finest appearance

• The optional stainless steel, wool-packed resonator cuts down on unwanted drone

• Features a straight-through 3.0" flow path leading up to the rear section, which then splits into quad 2.5" tailpipes for the least amount of restriction and turbulence 

• T304 Stainless Steel 12mm barbed exhaust hangers are TIG-Welded in OE locations for precise fitment

• Strategically placed slip joints provide the most adjustability to obtain perfect fitment

• Designed to maximize ground clearance while still being compatible with aftermarket components, such as larger rear sway bars.
