Create a visual transformation in your hatch with this ECS Tuning Wood Trunk Floor! Designed specifically for your exact-model vehicle using 3D modeling probes and then CNC cut for precise fitment every time; we have completely eliminated the guesswork and troubles of this Do It Yourself project!
Transform your hatch with our wood trunk as your template! Keep it basic with just the wood liner as shown or go nuts! Personalize your hatch by seamlessly integrating your air tank, copper lines, management system, amp, subwoofer, or where ever your dreams take you.
Our wood floor is a complete, lightweight (13.55lbs), 3/8" thick one-piece section, shipped to you and ready for installation! Simply open your hatch flip the rear seats forward and our wood floor easily installs over top the existing carpet in seconds, all with NO TOOLS NEEDED! Chamfered edges make installation a breeze and easy to work with while also avoiding damage to your interior's carpet and trim pieces.
The entire wood trunk floor assembly is made in the U.S.A. and is comprised of 3 essential core layers within its lightweight composition:
- TOP - LAMINATE:
- The top, finished layer, is the "Wear Layer." It is a durable heavy duty overlay with a Melamine treated surface that's resistant to scuffs, dings and scratches. It's made mostly of alpha-cellulose fibers to provide strength and protection.
- The second layer is the "Design Layer." This printed layer is constructed with alpha-cellulose fibers that will not discolor when exposed to high heat or sunlight. This provides the design or "artwork" of the wood floor.
- This surface represents a Hand Laid wood appearance; the wood grain flows in natural ways as it would from a hand-made unit.
- The third layer is the "Support Layer." This layer provides strength, flexibility and impact resistance to entire laminated assembly. Constructed from phenolic-treated fibers and treated with Melamine resins (similar to the Wear Layer) it is sealed to provide protection against most water-based chemicals and liquids.
- MIDDLE - CORE:
- The center core is manufactured from 1/4" thick wood-fibre board for its lightweight and stable material construction when introduced to high heat and humidity. It's also more consistent in manufacturing a repeatable product.
- BOTTOM - LAMINATE:
- The bottom, "Padded Layer", is the layer that rests against the carpet. Much like the top layer it is a durable, heavy duty overlay with a Melamine treated surface that's resistant to scuffs, dings and scratches. It's made mostly of alpha-cellulose fibers to provide strength and protection.
- The second layer is the "Support Layer." This layer provides strength, flexibility and impact resistance to entire laminated assembly. Constructed from phenolic-treated fibers and treated with Melamine resins (similar to the Padded Layer) it is sealed to provide protection against most water-based chemicals and liquids.

* It is important for us to explain the behavior of wood in relation to moisture. Real wood will swell in environment rich with moisture, and contract during times of dryness. Many vehicles go through climates changes throughout the year, and even throughout the day. Black-top parking lot high humility during the day, then cool dry garage at night. Even though our wood floor insert is not real wood, it still may show similar behavior. Our design encompasses this reality by laminating both top/bottom and a core made out of MDF to limit moisture. The inserts are CNC cut to supply a great fit, however, we do limit the tolerances to compensate for small changes. We expect only very small changes in the shape of the product with the materials we have selected.

New/Unused Product Returns
ECS Tuning will accept returns for unused products within 90 days of the ship date for a refund to the original payment method used. The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs and fees. If selecting to use a prepaid shipping label, the shipping cost will be deducted from the total refunded amount. All new/unused products must be new, unused and must be in the original packaging, including labeling, manuals, hardware, etc. Special order parts are non-refundable.
In the event that we find an error on our website or on behalf of an ECS Tuning Representative, we will provide a return shipping label from the original delivery location.
Refused Packages
Any domestic orders that are returned to ECS Tuning as refused by receiver or non-deliverable will be subject to a return handling fee and will be processed as a return in compliance with our standard return policy, including a 15% restocking fee.
Any international orders that are refused at the time of delivery will be subject to carrier abandonment of the package, at which time the ordered products would be discarded by the carrier. The customer will not be refunded for the value of the order and the discarded products are no longer retrievable.

ECS Tuning now offers an online returns solution! To get started, simply log into your ECS Tuning account, Click the "View Orders" button on the My Account home page and select the order that you wish to make a return on to begin. If you have any questions, feel free to reach out to our Customer Service Team for assistance!
Please note: Refunds will be processed to the original payment method used on the order or to an in store credit, respective to the type of return that is made as well as any pre-existing arrangements with an ECS Tuning Customer Service Representative. In the event that multiple forms of payment were used, we will refund the value to an in store credit. In the event that a return label is provided, these charges may be deducted from the total refund you receive.
Original shipping costs are non-refundable and the buyer is responsible for return shipping charges. ECS Tuning will not accept COD deliveries.
All in store credit balances will expire after one year from the original purchase date.
