Benefits of a Catch Can:

An IE catch can is a must for anyone looking to prevent crankcase oil blow-by and fumes from condensing and filling your turbo piping, intercooler, and intake manifold. The IE recirculated catch can is designed to catch all of the oil fumes and gunk omitted from the factory engine breather systems. This not only removes the blow-by oil and build-up, but will greatly help reduce oil buildup in the intake system, valves, combustion chamber, vacuum system, and PCV hoses which relates to power loss and poor drivability.

IE RECIRCULATING CATCH CAN DESIGN:

The Integrated Engineering billet recirculating catch can features our state-of-the-art baffle system.This baffle allows crank case pressure to flow through the catch can while oil is separated and stays behind. This design separates more oil than traditional catch can designs and keeps the liquid in the chamber and out of your engine intake and breather system. This sleek catch can is fully serviceable, easily disassembling if needed. Draining the catch can is simple with use of a bottom mounted drain plug (no-tool t handle drain sold separately). Using our recirculating catch can, you are not required to remove any of the emissions system or vent the catch can to the atmosphere, which can cause oil mist build-up in your engine bay. It simply installs into your factory breather system after the breather ports and before a re circulation port that goes back to the inlet. This beautiful can is finished with a bright black anodize finish, which maintains a stealthy appearance, while looking great in your engine bay.

CUSTOM INSTALL REQUIRED:

E catch cans are a universal design and can be adapted to any vehicle with the use of readily available adapters and fittings. The included choice of 90 degree or straight mounting bracket makes installing the can into any engine bay easy. Our catch can features 1/2" NPT thread breather inlet and outlet to accept a wide variety of fittings, adapters, or hose ends to custom install into your factory breather system. IE also produces direct-fit catch can kits for many VW and Audi engines.

COLD WEATHER CLIMATES:

Catch can kits are designed for warm weather climates only. If you live in an area with sub-freezing temperatures in winter months, extra precaution must be taken as condensation in catch can and lines can freeze and cause pressure to build up in the crankcase. We recommend checking catch can contents frequently or removing the system entirely during cold winter months. Integrated Engineering is not responsible for any damage caused from improper servicing of catch can.

New/Unused Product Returns

ECS Tuning will accept returns for unused products within 90 days of the ship date for a refund to the original payment method used. The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs and fees. If selecting to use a prepaid shipping label, the shipping cost will be deducted from the total refunded amount. All new/unused products must be new, unused and must be in the original packaging, including labeling, manuals, hardware, etc. Special order parts are non-refundable.

In the event that we find an error on our website or on behalf of an ECS Tuning Representative, we will provide a return shipping label from the original delivery location.

Refused Packages

Any domestic orders that are returned to ECS Tuning as refused by receiver or non-deliverable will be subject to a return handling fee and will be processed as a return in compliance with our standard return policy, including a 15% restocking fee.

Any international orders that are refused at the time of delivery will be subject to carrier abandonment of the package, at which time the ordered products would be discarded by the carrier. The customer will not be refunded for the value of the order and the discarded products are no longer retrievable.

Please note: Refunds will be processed to the original payment method used on the order or to an in store credit, respective to the type of return that is made as well as any pre-existing arrangements with an ECS Tuning Customer Service Representative. In the event that multiple forms of payment were used, we will refund the value to an in store credit. In the event that a return label is provided, these charges may be deducted from the total refund you receive.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable and the buyer is responsible for return shipping charges. ECS Tuning will not accept COD deliveries.

All in store credit balances will expire after one year from the original purchase date.
