Feed your MK6 turbo with a supply of cold air with this direct-fit high-flow intake kit. This intake features a generously-sized inlet pipe that connects to the OE mass air flow (MAF) sensor. �The MAF sensor receives high-velocity air fed directly from a 5" bellmouth. Their high-flow bellmouth is neatly housed in a heat shield, which separates the air filter from hot under-hood air, allowing only cold air to be drawn in to the turbo inlet directly from the front of the car.
DIRECT FIT
This air intake kit provides all the necessary piping and couplers to plumb the intake system from the turbo to the MAF and then to the heat shield. �The heat shield installs using the OE grommets for easy maintenance and reliable mounting with no rubbing or interfeirence with other factory parts.
HIGH-FLOW BELLMOUTH
The air intake utilizes a high-flow bellmouth behind the air filter to deliver as much air as possible. This bellmouth design increases the air velocity to the MAF and pulls cold air equally from all directions into the filter. This Bellmouth is securely fastened to the heat shield as a clean pass-through providing a solid mount for the air filter and turbo inlet pipe. You have no worry of the intake pipe moving around and causing damage unlike other intake kits on the market, which simply clamp the filter onto the end of the inlet pipe or MAF. �Furthermore, the bellmouth opening allows for a filter with a very large surface area that can support any horsepower goal. �The same filter and bellmouth design has been tested to support over 500HP on our twin-scroll big turbo kits with huge success.
COLD AIR HEAT SHIELD
The IE heat shield is designed to create a thermal barrier blocking all of the radiant heat from the engine bay. Only cold air from the front of the vehicle is drawn into the filter from the opening in the radiator support keeping air intake temperatures as cold as possible. This allows factory placement of the intake to be used without placing the filter lower in the vehicle where it can be subjected to engine harming road debris or fluid.

All you need is your order number and email address.
New/Unused Product Returns
ECS Tuning will accept returns for unused products within 90 days of the ship date for a refund to the original payment method used. The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs and fees. If selecting to use a prepaid shipping label, the shipping cost will be deducted from the total refunded amount. All new/unused products must be new, unused and must be in the original packaging, including labeling, manuals, hardware, etc. Special order parts are non-refundable.
In the event that we find an error on our website or on behalf of an ECS Tuning Representative, we will provide a return shipping label from the original delivery location.
Refused Packages
Any domestic orders that are returned to ECS Tuning as refused by receiver or non-deliverable will be subject to a return handling fee and will be processed as a return in compliance with our standard return policy, including a 15% restocking fee.
Any international orders that are refused at the time of delivery will be subject to carrier abandonment of the package, at which time the ordered products would be discarded by the carrier. The customer will not be refunded for the value of the order and the discarded products are no longer retrievable.

ECS Tuning now offers an online returns solution! To get started, simply log into your ECS Tuning account, Click the "View Orders" button on the My Account home page and select the order that you wish to make a return on to begin. If you have any questions, feel free to reach out to our Customer Service Team for assistance!
Please note: Refunds will be processed to the original payment method used on the order or to an in store credit, respective to the type of return that is made as well as any pre-existing arrangements with an ECS Tuning Customer Service Representative. In the event that multiple forms of payment were used, we will refund the value to an in store credit. In the event that a return label is provided, these charges may be deducted from the total refund you receive.
Original shipping costs are non-refundable and the buyer is responsible for return shipping charges. ECS Tuning will not accept COD deliveries.
All in store credit balances will expire after one year from the original purchase date.
