WHAT DOES THE 2.0T FSI K04 ECU TUNE DO?
IE's motorsport-inspired software completely retunes the ECU calibration on your 2.0T FSI (EA113) factory K04 turbo engine while retaining factory comfort and reliability. using industry-leading tuning technology and decades of race engine tuning experience, IE engineers completely reverse engineer the factory mapping and customize it to maximize performance for the enthusiast driver for the street and track. Your new software tune can be easily uploaded to your factory-installed ECU (engine control module) without touching a wrench in your own driveway. Multiple tunes are available to match your stock or installed aftermarket hardware.

STAGE 2 PRO
Pro features further enhance Stage 2 performance by including the motorsport functions of launch control and no-lift shift. These features are built into the software tune and offer neck-breaking launches and lightning-fast shifting with no loss of boost between gears, providing a large advantage over similarly powered vehicles. It also includes 91, 93, and 100 octane switching.

STAGE 2 INTAKE MANIFOLD (IM) PRO
Stage 2 Intake Manifold Tune for your MK6 Golf R is designed for customers looking to maximize the factory engine's and turbocharger's performance with an IE 2.0T Performance Intake Manifold (Sold Separately). IE Stage 2 Intake Manifold software fine-tunes the ECU calibration to match the manifold plenum and runner flow characteristics and includes special tuning for the removed runner flaps. This file also includes launch control and no-lift shift. Stage 2 IM Pro is an included upgrade with your purchase of a Stage 2 Pro Tune at no extra cost.

EASY INSTALLATION - TUNE FROM HOME
IE's own in-house developed POWERlink cable gives you the control to unlock your engine’s true potential from your own garage or driveway. Enjoy the freedom to quickly reflash your car’s engine control unit (ECU) or transmission control unit (TCU) with IE’s line of performance tunes. The cable simply plugs into your vehicle’s OBD-2 port delivering instant access to choose different IE Tune stages to match installed hardware, take advantage of different fuel octanes, flash to stock, perform engine diagnostics, read/clear codes and gather high-quality operating data via logging.

This software does not contain emissions defeats, bypasses, deletes, or Check Engine Light (CEL) removal features.
Once a tune purchase is applied to your vehicle's ECU, it is permanently registered and non-transferable to other vehicles. The tune can be transferred to a second party only in the event of a vehicle transfer of ownership.
This ECU calibration is for 2.0T FSI engines with factory-installed K04 turbochargers found in MK6 Golf R and 8J TTS models. It is incompatible with MK5 GTI, Jetta, and other FSI platforms with aftermarket K04 upgrades.
