The innovative KW Adjustable Lowering Springs Kit allows you to individually adjust the ride height of your vehicle, unlike a traditional lowering spring which leaves you stuck with a single pre-determined drop. Available for vehicles with or without electronic or adaptive suspension systems, the innovative design allows you to retain full functionality of your factory options while custom tailoring the height of your car!
The KW adjustable lowering springs benefit from many years of development and production of suspension components for motorsport and the street. The KW adjustable lowering springs are made of high-quality spring steel and with the final powder coating, they are extremely weather-resistant.

KW height adjustable spring kits are a great alternative to conventional lowering springs. You now longer have to be satisfied with a fixed lowering height. KW HAS systems allow you to adjust the vehicle ride height with the KW height adjuster even after the kit has been installed. Your vehicle does not only get a more dynamic look with the KW height adjustable spring kit, but also the steering behavior and response of the standard dampers becomes more agile. All driver assistance systems and comfort features of a factory adaptive or electronic suspension remain operational and work harmoniously with our vehicle specific spring set up.
KW uses high-quality springs made of chrome-silicon steel with spring rates designed specifically for each respective OE suspension damper and wheel load. KW's expertise and engineering ensure the spring rates will pair perfectly with the different damper characteristics of your factory adaptive electronic suspension. Along with the use of high-quality materials and the included KW ride height adjustment mechanisms, our KW height adjustable spring kits always includes the vehicle-specific bump stops with dust protection system to protect your factory suspension against wear & tear caused by road grime and debris.
Similar to a coilover suspension, the KW height adjustable springs allow a continuous adjustable ride height within a tested range, something not possible with conventional lowering springs. The dust protection elements and spring perches included in the delivery, when applicable, are always adjusted to the maximum technically possible lowering, typically limited by the factory dampers. With KW height adjustable springs, a sporty and harmonious driving behavior can be achieved without the driving dynamics of performance-oriented vehicles suffering.
Every KW coilover kit undergoes extensive stress testing before production and is developed and manufactured exclusively in our company headquarters in Fichtenberg, a small in town in Germany, to meet the high standards of our KW quality management. All you need is your order number and email address.
New/Unused Product Returns
ECS Tuning will accept returns for unused products within 90 days of the ship date for a refund to the original payment method used. The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs and fees. If selecting to use a prepaid shipping label, the shipping cost will be deducted from the total refunded amount. All new/unused products must be new, unused and must be in the original packaging, including labeling, manuals, hardware, etc. Special order parts are non-refundable.
In the event that we find an error on our website or on behalf of an ECS Tuning Representative, we will provide a return shipping label from the original delivery location.
Refused Packages
Any domestic orders that are returned to ECS Tuning as refused by receiver or non-deliverable will be subject to a return handling fee and will be processed as a return in compliance with our standard return policy, including a 15% restocking fee.
Any international orders that are refused at the time of delivery will be subject to carrier abandonment of the package, at which time the ordered products would be discarded by the carrier. The customer will not be refunded for the value of the order and the discarded products are no longer retrievable.

ECS Tuning now offers an online returns solution! To get started, simply log into your ECS Tuning account, Click the "View Orders" button on the My Account home page and select the order that you wish to make a return on to begin. If you have any questions, feel free to reach out to our Customer Service Team for assistance!
Please note: Refunds will be processed to the original payment method used on the order or to an in store credit, respective to the type of return that is made as well as any pre-existing arrangements with an ECS Tuning Customer Service Representative. In the event that multiple forms of payment were used, we will refund the value to an in store credit. In the event that a return label is provided, these charges may be deducted from the total refund you receive.
Original shipping costs are non-refundable and the buyer is responsible for return shipping charges. ECS Tuning will not accept COD deliveries.
All in store credit balances will expire after one year from the original purchase date.
