2024 Radium Engineering MPFST: The Ultimate Fuel Surge Solution for High-Power Vehicles
The 2024 redesign of the Radium Engineering MPFST addresses fuel starvation in high-power vehicles during aggressive driving. This innovative surge tank supports multiple high-flowing fuel pumps to ensure consistent performance.
New Features
The latest MPFST model introduces several new features in addition to its previous capabilities:
- Supports up to 3 Bosch BR540 (DW400) fuel pumps
- Supports up to 2 Ti Automotive E5LM brushless pumps
- Supports up to 3 brushless Bosch pumps (DW440)
- Anti-rotation electrical terminals
Fuel pump outlets merge into a single outlet to simplify external plumbing. Compatible pumps come with check valves, enabling staging. The brushless Ti Automotive E5LM MPFST includes these check valves (shown in green).
Fuel Pump Outlet
The "FUEL PUMP OUTLET" port is 10AN ORB threaded, pre-installed with a -8AN male adapter fitting. The "OVERFLOW," "SUPPLY," and "RETURN" ports are 8AN ORB threaded with pre-installed -6AN male adapter fittings. These fittings are interchangeable (sold separately).
Swirl Pot Design
Fuel entering through the "SUPPLY" and "RETURN" ports runs tangentially through the canister, creating a swirl pot to eliminate air bubbles and fuel foam, enhancing fuel pump and engine performance.
Installation and Compatibility
Pumps are mounted using an anodized aluminum bracket, and internal wires are compliant with gasoline, ethanol, and methanol. The brushless Ti Automotive E5LM MPFST uses a standard press-in filter sock, while other pumps use a stainless steel mesh inlet screen for pre-pump filtration. The tank's underside is designed for uneven surfaces, commonly found in vehicle trunks. Stainless steel M6x1.0mm socket head bolts are included for custom mounting.

Fuel Level Switch (20-0461)
- Standard with a 2AN ORB plug in the "level switch" port.
- Can be installed when the plug is unscrewed.
- Sends a signal when the MPFST fuel level drops by 20% or more.
- Constructed of corrosion-resistant stainless steel, compatible with all fuel types.
- Includes 24" long, 20AWG flying leads.
- Not compatible with 3 Bosch BR540 or 3 Deatschwerks DW400 pumps.
Fuel Level Switch Plus Diagnostic Indicator (20-0519)
- Provides a visual reference for fuel level.
- The signal is sent directly to the LED when the switch is triggered.
- Useful for diagnosing fueling issues.
This comprehensive MPFST package offers flexibility for end-users to install 1, 2, or 3 pumps, ensuring high performance and reliability.
Not for sale or use in the state of California on any pollution-controlled vehicle as per the California Air Resources Board.

All you need is your order number and email address.
New/Unused Product Returns
ECS Tuning will accept returns for unused products within 90 days of the ship date for a refund to the original payment method used. The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs and fees. If selecting to use a prepaid shipping label, the shipping cost will be deducted from the total refunded amount. All new/unused products must be new, unused and must be in the original packaging, including labeling, manuals, hardware, etc. Special order parts are non-refundable.
In the event that we find an error on our website or on behalf of an ECS Tuning Representative, we will provide a return shipping label from the original delivery location.
Refused Packages
Any domestic orders that are returned to ECS Tuning as refused by receiver or non-deliverable will be subject to a return handling fee and will be processed as a return in compliance with our standard return policy, including a 15% restocking fee.
Any international orders that are refused at the time of delivery will be subject to carrier abandonment of the package, at which time the ordered products would be discarded by the carrier. The customer will not be refunded for the value of the order and the discarded products are no longer retrievable.

ECS Tuning now offers an online returns solution! To get started, simply log into your ECS Tuning account, Click the "View Orders" button on the My Account home page and select the order that you wish to make a return on to begin. If you have any questions, feel free to reach out to our Customer Service Team for assistance!
Please note: Refunds will be processed to the original payment method used on the order or to an in store credit, respective to the type of return that is made as well as any pre-existing arrangements with an ECS Tuning Customer Service Representative. In the event that multiple forms of payment were used, we will refund the value to an in store credit. In the event that a return label is provided, these charges may be deducted from the total refund you receive.
Original shipping costs are non-refundable and the buyer is responsible for return shipping charges. ECS Tuning will not accept COD deliveries.
All in store credit balances will expire after one year from the original purchase date.
