If your looking to dive into your car, either to save money and perform repairs yourself or to take on the latest DIY you found online you will need the right tools for the job. This Volkswagen Audi specific Tool Set will have all of the widely used special devices needed to disassemble and reassemble your VW or Audi with ease. These will help you do a variety of jobs, everything from removing your radio to removing your axles. Below you can find a detailed description of what task each tool can help you with.
This Starter Set includes the following:
- VW / Audi Radio Tool Kit - 10 Pieces (This kit is needed to remove radios in MKII - MKIV Golf, Jetta, GTI, GLI. New Beetle. B5 Passat and B5 Audi A4).
- Torx Screwdriver Kit - 6 Pieces (Includes T10, T15, T20, T20, T27, and T30). These can be used in removing interior dash panels, radio securing bolts, belly pan hardware, air filter box screws, assorted screws used in flanges and tie downs under the hood, and much more.
- 30mm 12 Point Deep Socket 1/2" Drive - This socket can be used for removing front drive shaft end bolts in: MKIV - MKVI Golf, Jetta, GTI, New Beetle, Some B5 Passats, and all B6 Passats. Made of durable chrome vanadium steel.
- Extended 5/8" Spark Plug Socket - This socket can be used for removing spark plugs on all late model Volkswagen cars. Made of durable vanadium steel.
- M18 Triple Square Extended Reach Socket 1/2" Drive - This socket can be used for removing rear hub and wheel bearing retaining bolts on MKV - MKVI VW cars, along with Audi A3. It can also be used on various suspension hardware on MKV - MKVI VW cars.
- M14 Triple Square Socket 1/2" Drive - This Socket can be used to remove front suspension hardware from MKIV - MKVI VW cars, Audi A3, and B8 A4, S4, A5, and S5. You can also use this triple square to remove crankshaft pulley bolts on MKV - MKVI VW four cylinder cars, and B6 Passat.
- Trim / Moulding Tool Kit - 5 Pieces This kit can be used to remove various parts from your interior. VW and Audi retain many of there interior panels with a combination of screws and push style clips, after removing the screws it can be difficult to remove your panels without damaging them. Because of the force needed these flat pry style trim tools work great at getting those hard to release pins to pop without causing harm to your costly interior panels. These can be used on everything from dashboard panels to door trim panels. Includes a variety of narrow and wide edged removal wedges. Made of high strength plastic.

All you need is your order number and email address.
New/Unused Product Returns
ECS Tuning will accept returns for unused products within 90 days of the ship date for a refund to the original payment method used. The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs and fees. If selecting to use a prepaid shipping label, the shipping cost will be deducted from the total refunded amount. All new/unused products must be new, unused and must be in the original packaging, including labeling, manuals, hardware, etc. Special order parts are non-refundable.
In the event that we find an error on our website or on behalf of an ECS Tuning Representative, we will provide a return shipping label from the original delivery location.
Refused Packages
Any domestic orders that are returned to ECS Tuning as refused by receiver or non-deliverable will be subject to a return handling fee and will be processed as a return in compliance with our standard return policy, including a 15% restocking fee.
Any international orders that are refused at the time of delivery will be subject to carrier abandonment of the package, at which time the ordered products would be discarded by the carrier. The customer will not be refunded for the value of the order and the discarded products are no longer retrievable.
Return Process
ECS Tuning now offers an online returns solution! To get started, simply log into your ECS Tuning account, Click the "View Orders" button on the My Account home page and select the order that you wish to make a return on to begin. If you have any questions, feel free to reach out to our Customer Service Team for assistance!
Please note: Refunds will be processed to the original payment method used on the order or to an in store credit, respective to the type of return that is made as well as any pre-existing arrangements with an ECS Tuning Customer Service Representative. In the event that multiple forms of payment were used, we will refund the value to an in store credit. In the event that a return label is provided, these charges may be deducted from the total refund you receive.
Original shipping costs are non-refundable and the buyer is responsible for return shipping charges. ECS Tuning will not accept COD deliveries.
All in store credit balances will expire after one year from the original purchase date.
