Experience the latest design innovation from Supersprint for the Z4 M Coupe/Roadster -- 'stepped' design headers. While the technology has been in widespread use in Formula 1 for awhile, this is the first application of a stepped design on the Z4 M Coupe/Roadster. In an engine that is tuned as much as the S54, airflow management is critical in getting big horsepower numbers from the exhaust. The Supersprint design is the next step in innovation in header design. By slightly increasing the size of the pipe diameters as the exhaust system moves away from the engine, the exhaust can flow more air. Supersprint design is tuned specifically for the S54 engine which is important in making more power without losing low-end torque. The headers merge into a precision-fit merge collector. Total horsepower gain with the complete system over a US Vehicle would be more than 30 hp.

Included in this kit are Supersprint metallic sport cats designed to pair right up top Supersprint's own stepped headers. The piping is slightly oversized and the Supersprint sport cats are much freer-flowing than a traditional stock cat. With less restriction, less effort is required to move the exhaust gasses which will free up horsepower and torque. This cat section will only mount to the Supersprint full stepped headers (p/n 044001) and then to any section 2. These cats are built with O2 sensor bungs pre-installed after the cat if you wanted to extend your stock post-cat O2 sensors (however, special software may still be needed).
Not for sale or use in the state of California on any pollution-controlled vehicle as per the California Air Resources Board.

New/Unused Product Returns
ECS Tuning will accept returns for unused products within 90 days of the ship date for a refund to the original payment method used. The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs and fees. If selecting to use a prepaid shipping label, the shipping cost will be deducted from the total refunded amount. All new/unused products must be new, unused and must be in the original packaging, including labeling, manuals, hardware, etc. Special order parts are non-refundable.
In the event that we find an error on our website or on behalf of an ECS Tuning Representative, we will provide a return shipping label from the original delivery location.
Refused Packages
Any domestic orders that are returned to ECS Tuning as refused by receiver or non-deliverable will be subject to a return handling fee and will be processed as a return in compliance with our standard return policy, including a 15% restocking fee.
Any international orders that are refused at the time of delivery will be subject to carrier abandonment of the package, at which time the ordered products would be discarded by the carrier. The customer will not be refunded for the value of the order and the discarded products are no longer retrievable.

Please note: Refunds will be processed to the original payment method used on the order or to an in store credit, respective to the type of return that is made as well as any pre-existing arrangements with an ECS Tuning Customer Service Representative. In the event that multiple forms of payment were used, we will refund the value to an in store credit. In the event that a return label is provided, these charges may be deducted from the total refund you receive.
Original shipping costs are non-refundable and the buyer is responsible for return shipping charges. ECS Tuning will not accept COD deliveries.
All in store credit balances will expire after one year from the original purchase date.
