Our in-house designed and engineered High Flow Turbo Outlet Pipe Kit features mandrel bent, bead rolled, powdercoated aluminum plumbing from the outlet of the compressor housing directly to the intercooler inlet, along with smoother flowing silicone couplers, stainless steel T-Bolt clamps and all new installation accessories for an easy, direct bolt on installation.

Whether you're upgrading your high-horsepower FSI build or planning a preventative pump replacement on your daily driver, choose our High-Performance Water Pump for increased cooling and reliability! To surpass the flow rate of the OE water pump, our engineers focused on refining the pump's impeller. By optimizing the blade angle, shape, curvature, and width, they were able to extract a sizeable increase in flow over the factory design. For even greater efficiency, the impeller is CNC-machined from lightweight billet aluminum. This provides a drastic reduction in weight compared to cast aluminum alternatives and grants a further boost in flow. Using advanced CFD (Computational Fluid Dynamics) simulations, the final design delivered an average 14% increase in flow compared to stock! However, with longevity in mind, our engineers didn't stop there. To match the refinement of the impeller, billet aluminum construction was also chosen for the construction of the pump housing. A custom, heavy-duty Viton o-ring was sourced for the pump housing sealing surface, providing increased sealing power, fluid and temperature resistance, as well as durability. A double-row bearing was designed to exceed OEM pump service life, ensuring that this water pump will outlast the competition.

Due to low-quality steel construction, rusted transmission fluid pans are commonplace on any DQ250-equipped Volkswagen or Audi . After years of exposure to dirt, water, and road salt, the thin metal that keeps the DSG fluid inside the transmission will begin to leak due to porosity caused by corrosion. Unlike aftermarket vent-to-atmosphere style diverter valves, our piece is designed to fully recirculate boost for transient throttle response and reduced turbocharger lag. Our design features high quality cast aluminum end tanks with our massive 25 x 15.8 x 2.55 {+1,000in} aluminum bar and plate core, which lends to an increase in volume of +113% over the OEM MK8 GTI intercooler, for maximum heat dissipation. Our intercooler was in-house engineered to provide a bolt-on cooling solution for the VW and Audi MQB platform. Through our in-house evaluation on our ECS Shop Golf R, we measured a maximum increase of +37 WHP @6,000 RPM and +5 WTQ @3,250 RPM along lower intercooler outlet temperatures.
