Modern 2.0T Audi models come from the factory with a power robbing OEM turbo muffler to reduce turbocharger harmonic noise. Many have developed a simple method of bypassing your restrictive factory turbo muffler with a single billet aluminum piece. Factory brake calipers slide on guide pins through rubber bushings. This design is adequate and widely used from the factory by Audi/VW. For more precise braking, bronze bushings and 304 stainless steel guide pins allow for a more positive feel at the pedal and more even pad wear. ECS Performance Caliper Guide Bushings are C544 bronze to complement anti-seize, providing additional lubrication - all of which is held in place by an integrated o-ring and dust cap. Working in concert with new stainless steel guide pins allows for a much longer service life and less maintenance.

The APR Turbo Inlet Pipe is an easy-to-install bolt-on upgrade that eliminates a restriction before the turbocharger. Unlike fabricated units on the market today, APR's is cast from aluminum, allowing for an organically shaped inlet that transitions gradually over a large distance promoting better flow. It’s larger than stock throughout, removing a large internal restriction at the PCV inlet, and outflows the factory unit allowing the turbocharger to operate more efficiently. This upgrade is recommending at all stages utilizing an IHI IS12, IS20 or IS38 turbocharger!

An elegant solution to vague and imprecise steering, performance control arms with poly bushings let you feel the road through your fingertips. Factory rubber bushings are intended to buffer road sensations from steering input. But for the performance driver, a highly tactile connection to the road conveys more information about vehicle dynamics, sharpening driving awareness. An unfortunate consequence of the modern closed PCV/breather system is the unintended ingestion of oil vapor and carbon into the intake tract. This lowers the octane rating and leaves harmful deposits on a vehicle's intake valves and ports that result in decreased power. Engineered in-house and manufactured here in the USA, the ECS Baffled Oil Catch Can features a highly efficient 4-chamber oil separator; this design decreases oil ingestion and maintains engine power output. This design also catches as much blow-by gas as possible, bringing carbon buildup to an absolute minimum.
