The coolant supply pipe flows coolant to many important areas of your vehicle. If it's cracked, or has broken pieces it can easily cause annoying coolant leaks which at worst can lead to overheating if not addressed. Turbo compressor surge is a harmful effect of boost pressure that is not released when the throttle body plate is closed. Thankfully Audi implemented a diverter valve to relieve pressure and keep your turbocharger safe.
