Your Audi C5 A6 2.7T comes from the factory with many different size and shape rubber hoses. These work great in theory. After many miles and heat cycles, rubber can begin to break down and show its weakness. You may begin to notice small rips and tears which you may not think can affect how your vehicle runs, but they will. These tears and cracks often create small boost or vacuum leaks which can cause your vehicle to idle rough or even hesitate under acceleration.

Your Audi's generator, fans, water pumps and AC compressors all rely on accessory drive belts to do their job. Over time, cracking, glazing, and squeaking occur; for these reasons, replacing your drive belts before they crack or break is a highly prudent investment. Additionally, if the accessory belt snaps constantly, or is sloppy and loose in your vehicle, the only solution is a new tensioner. The ECS-assembled kit comes with everything you need to refresh your whole drive belt system, including the tensioner assembly, accessory belt, and hardware.

Normal wear and tear on your engine generates metal particles that will float around in your oil. While this is generally not a symptom of any issues, it can become an issue. Metal flakes in your oil can cause premature wear on internal components and can be an absolute nuisance. Trap those pesky flakes in your drain channel with a Magnetic Drain Plug from ECS and help preserve your engine!

Get in touch with your bad self. You know how to drive a stick, so why not stick a fork in that marshmallow self-adjusting pressure plate. Why not go with a conventional disc, mated to a single mass flywheel. Our Valeo single mass flywheel clutch conversion kit takes your Audi back to its roots as a bare-knuckled brawler. The non-adjustable pressure plate puts you in touch with the clutch, restoring a crisp, responsive feel. The single mass flywheel costs less than a dual mass, and can be resurfaced in the future to extend its service life. You'll feel the difference.

Wheel bearings will need replaced for a number of reasons, the most common being normal wear. If there is a loud metal-to-metal noise while driving, it's likely that the bearing has failed. A simple way to check your bearing is to lift the wheel off the ground and try to move the tire back and forth, by pushing the top and bottom of the tire in. If there is play, this commonly means the wheel bearing has failed.

The tie rods on your vehicle translate the movement of the steering wheel through the rack and to your wheels. Often, when a vehicle is beginning to experience some higher mileage, the tie rod ends can begin to fail, causing slop in the steering wheel and knocks or creaks in the steering system. Catastrophic tie rod end failure can cause serious damage and danger, as the tie rod end keeps the wheel path straight. Don't allow your outer tie rod ends to fail and ensure safety by replacing your worn or damaged outer tie rod ends.

Audi's double wishbone design provides accurate camber and toe control, handling prowess, and a world-class ride. If it's in shape, that is. Front suspension components are wear parts and must be replaced to ensure proper geometry and suspension articulation. If you're tired of noisy suspension bushings and vague steering, take the loud and loose out of your suspension with a new front upper control arm kit and restore that world class ride.

For over a decade, Mark Malone has been writing tunes for engines. No other tune offers the performance, fuel economy, and exclusive features that the tunes from Malone Tuning offer. Malone tunes are not generic "tuning box" upgrades - a less effective method that often skews OBD2 data causing inaccurate injection and boost data since it is altered outside of the ECU. Malone allows for the fine adjustment of boost pressure and fuel supply according to specific RPM points. Each tuning file is edited by Mark Malone himself in order to perfect each aspect of the tune.

When it's time to do basic maintenance on your vehicle, it's much easier if you have everything that you need before you get started.
