New Turner E9X M3 S65 Carbon Intake & Plenum
Turner Motorsport Carbon Fiber Intake Systems are top-of-the-line custom-engineered products that are developed in house by Turner. The engineers took it upon themselves to design a prettier, cost effective Carbon Fiber Intake Plenum for S65 owners to compliment their E9X Carbon Fiber Intake System while retaining OEM features. The S65 Carbon Intake Plenum is no different. Turner Carbon Fiber Intakes start with a 3D scan of the factory intake and engine bay. Engineers use these 3D images of the chassis to design the intake plenum in SolidWorks modeling software. Using a Flow Bench, the Intake Plenum is then airflow tested against the factory intake, to ensure optimal airflow improvement against stock. The final product is a beautiful and functional Carbon Fiber Intake Plenum, CAD designed for perfect integration with the OEM inlet ducting and stock mounting locations. Turner's Carbon fiber Intake trumpets flow an average of 13 CFM over the stock BMW intake.

The ECS Big Bore Turbo Inlet Pipe eliminates these choke points with an oversized, smooth-walled cast aluminum construction that flows an impressive 44.6 CFM more than stock a massive 31.3% increase in total airflow. New B8/B8.5 S5 Valved Cat Back Exhaust
True automotive passion comes in many forms. For us, we've found driving euphoria with our new ECS Valved Exhaust System. Enjoy your B8 S5 with the most engaging, race-inspired, performance-valved exhaust system. Intoxicating exhaust notes fuel your desire to push your engine to its limits with every ounce of power and every engine revolution. Experience your driving passion with our ECS Valved Exhaust System and control your sound with our valved muffler design. The full exhaust system is made from high quality brushed T304 stainless steel with TIG welded joints for an exceptional look and durability. Exhaust gases are channeled through the integrated x-pipe, your choice of either a resonator or a resonator delete section, and then to the 3 chamber, in house designed mufflers. With this system, you, the driver, are in control of where the exhaust gases go from here. With the valves open, we showed gains of 19 WHP and 16 WTQ on our B8 S4 equipped with a Kohlefaser Luft-Technik intake and a stage 2 tune with pulley! In normal, comfortable driving conditions, the valve remains closed and exhaust gases are directed through the channels of the mufflers, where sound reduction takes place. To open the exhaust, simply pressing the "valve open" button on the remote key fob unleashes a straight-through, raw, unedited exhaust symphony. Each system is available with your choice of either chrome or black chrome, clamp-on, "pivoting" exhaust tips that accentuate this expertly assembled exhaust system with a perfect finish. With clamps securing each tube in position and allowing multiple degrees of rotation in combination with our ECS Swivel Exhaust Tips, you have the ability to fine-tune the location of each component.
From the factory, B58-equipped BMWs are designed to be refined and quiet. To achieve this, BMW equipped the intake tract with a bulky plastic resonator designed to cancel out the natural induction sounds of the engine. While great for a silent commute, it robs the enthusiast of the satisfying "whoosh" noise and turbo spool that make the B58 one of the most exciting engines on the market today. This Intake Resonator Delete from Turner Motorsport is the simplest, most cost-effective way to bring that personality back to your engine bay without the hefty price tag of a full intake system. By bypassing the OEM intake resonator assembly, this silicone hose amplifies induction noise and blow-off sounds tenfold. In addition to this increase, the hose removes the internal chambers that create turbulence in the factory pipe, ensuring smooth, consistent airflow to the turbocharger. Overall, this fully-reversible delete pipe is the perfect upgrade for owners who wish to keep their factory airbox while dramatically increasing induction noise.

ECS Exact-Fit stainless reinforced brake lines provide more confident and dependable stopping by maintaining consistent brake pressure, long-lasting corrosion resistance, and increased protection from failure. Even when new, factory-style fabric-mesh-lined rubber hoses are prone to expansion under the pressure of hard braking, whether it be highway panic stops or threshold braking at the track. This expansion is even more prominent in aged and weathered rubber hoses. Our lines are reinforced with braided stainless steel mesh, affording superior expansion resistance. This resistance to expansion creates a firmer pedal and a more direct pedal feel. Our signature red polymer coating provides additional protection from the elements and abrasion common with the constant movement of suspension and braking systems.

New G01 / G02 / G08 Stainless Steel Brake Lines
Even new rubber brake hoses can expand under pressure, resulting in increased fluid volume and excess pedal travel for the desired stopping force. What is often thought to be brake fade or fluid boiling, can actually be the brake lines expanding under pressure. This expansion is even more prominent in aged rubber hoses. Turner Motorsport Stainless Steel lines are engineered with braided stainless steel mesh and offer superior expansion resistance and reinforcement. The resistance to expansion creates a firmer pedal, and a more direct pedal feel. The signature blue polymer coating provides additional protection from the elements and abrasion, which is common with the constant movement of suspension and braking systems. When you buy brake lines, you want them to last for years to come. Traditional SS lines and hardware will corrode the first time they are exposed to water. Turner has developed a proprietary zinc-nickel coating finish with almost twice the salt-spray corrosion resistance of a standard plated line. Turner SS brake line also feature new low profile connecting hardware, for a cleaner mounted look. Get brake lines that will continue to look as good as they feel!

Like many Audi models, manual transmission-equipped B6/7 S4's came from the factory with dual-mass flywheels. While this design delivers excellent comfort, smooth gear changes, and minimal vibration, it also adds significant weight, tipping the scales at a hefty 26.5 lbs. For performance-oriented enthusiasts, the dual-mass flywheel is a hindrance, dulling engine response and overall driving engagement. With this flaw in mind, we set out to design a lightweight, performance-minded single-mass flywheel for B6/7 S4 enthusiasts! Our precision-engineered upgrade weighs in at only 18.9 lbs, a substantial weight reduction of 29%! This reduction translates to a dramatic improvement in throttle response and engine pep, allowing you to extract even more driving pleasure from your S4.

New Adjustable Rear Sway Bar End Links
Lowering your BMW does more than just closing the wheel gap-it throws your suspension geometry out of alignment. Changing your ride height also changes the distance between the sway bar, control arms, axles, and other suspension components, leading to interference at static ride height or under compression. What's more, minor side-to-side ride height deviations (common with adjustable coilover suspension) will skew suspension angles and preload the fixed-length factory sway bar end links, resulting in unpredictable, imprecise handling. Designed to remove static tension, ensure clearance with other suspension components, and optimize sway bar efficiency, adjustable rear sway bar end links are a must-have upgrade for your modified BMW. The Turner Motorsport Adjustable Rear Sway Bar End Links are adjustable from 100mm to 120mm, offering ample clearance and compatibility with most suspension setups. The durable billet aluminum housing is black anodized for corrosion resistance, and laser-etched markings denote specific wrench sizes for quick, stress-free adjustments. Unlike the factory bushing design, these end links mount to the control arm via spherical rod ends, increasing responsiveness for a performance-oriented feel. New E30 / E34 Driveshaft Center Support Carrier
The factory center support carrier features an internal bushing constructed from soft, pliable rubber. While this provides a smooth and quiet ride for standard driving, it falls short in performance-oriented applications where durability and precision are critical. During acceleration, shifting, and under load, the rubber bushing's inherent flexibility allows for excessive driveshaft movement. Over time, repeated stress and wear on the rubber will cause bushing failure, risking poor driveshaft alignment and efficiency. In extreme cases, this failure will cause a constant rotational "clunking" noise, a clear indicator of impending failure. The ECS Tuning Center Support Bearing Brace is designed to enhance the performance and longevity of your drivetrain. To improve upon the factory design, and to create a performance alternative, our engineers started by designing a set of exact-fit, split low durometer rubber bushings that clamp around your existing driveshaft bearing. Crafted from 30A durometer rubber, our material choice effectively eliminates bushing deflection without causing an increase in noise, vibration, and harshness. By eliminating deflection, this design ensures a longer lifespan than the stock center support bearing, making it a great investment for enthusiasts looking to maintain their aging BMW chassis.
Turner Dual-Mount Diff Plate & Bushing Kits
M2/M3/M4s make big power right off the assembly line, & are frequently driven hard. Massive horsepower cars are not unusual. All of this wouldn't present a problem - except - BMW built provisions for dual rear differential bushings, however only utilized one! Early cars are especially failure-prone, with differential bushings being fluid filled & even street-driven cars are known to fail in as little as 30,000 miles. We capitalize on this second bushing location, prolonging bushing life & providing crisper driveline response.

Master cylinder braces are a common upgrade to reduce brake booster / master cylinder deflection under sudden, hard braking conditions. This deflection occurs due to the thin firewall material that the brake booster bolts to actually flexing under sudden, hard braking. Our ECS Tuning Master Cylinder Brace was designed and engineered in-house to reduce this deflection which improves brake pedal response while adding confidence in your brake's hydraulic system. Our design requires no permanent modifications to the body or battery tray.
