VW MKIV Golf 337/20TH N249 Valve
The N249 solenoid valve, located in the vacuum system, allows the diverter valve to open when commanded by the PCM.
When this valve fails it can cause issues such as engine surging, low boost pressures and may be accompanied with a check engine light.
Both Pierburg and genuine OEM MKIV 337/20th N249 Diverter Valve Control Solenoids are available from ECS - eliminate unnecessary pressure loss and check engine lights with this simple replacement part.
