Compared to the original fragile plastic oil pan found on the MQB platforms, this is serious stuff. While achieving protection without the sacrifice of ground clearance, we were able to increase the oil capacity by 1-1.5 Liters. Most BMWs come off the production line with less-than-ideal front camber to encourage understeer. This adversely affects handling and tire-wear by putting less of the tire's contact patch on the ground. The solution: add more negative camber. The N52 engine sees failure at the plastic adapter connecting the thermostat hose to the cylinder head, this adapter simply shears off at the end of the barbed fitting. Our engineering team decided a billet aluminum piece was a much better option to contend with the temperature fluctuation.

So we decided to take things into our hands and design a new Front Mount Intercooler for your MK6 GTI / Golf R that is a bolt-in, direct swap, upgrade. No cutting required to give your MK6 more power thanks to our in-house designed intercooler option.

Designed for use with the M3 front bumper and aftermarket replicas, this ABS front lip is a durable, lightweight alternative to expensive carbon fiber front lips that are prone to cracking or shattering when damaged.
