This build started with a simple idea: I wanted a car that felt special every time I drove it, not just on paper. The 2018 Golf R was already a solid foundation, but I wanted it to reflect how I actually enjoy driving. I began with an APR Stage 1 ECU and TCU tune to wake the car up, then slowly added parts that made it feel sharper and more alive, not louder for the sake of noise. The intake, turbo muffler delete, and Milltek valved exhaust came from countless late-night research sessions and real-world feedback, chasing balance over hype. Suspension and wheels were next, dialing in stance and control without sacrificing comfort. The interior upgrades followed naturally, turning the cabin into a place that feels driver-focused and personal. This build wasnt rushed. It evolved piece by piece, guided by experience, restraint, and the goal of building a Golf R that feels right every single drive
New MK7 Jetta 1.4T Turbo Inlet

Enjoy your B8 S5 with the most engaging, race-inspired, performance-valved exhaust system. Intoxicating exhaust notes fuel your desire to push your engine to its limits with every ounce of power and every engine revolution. Experience your driving passion with our ECS Valved Exhaust System and control your sound with our valved muffler design. The full exhaust system is made from high quality brushed T304 stainless steel with TIG welded joints for an exceptional look and durability. Exhaust gases are channeled through the integrated x-pipe, your choice of either a resonator or a resonator delete section, and then to the 3 chamber, in house designed mufflers. With this system, you, the driver, are in control of where the exhaust gases go from here. With the valves open, we showed gains of 19 WHP and 16 WTQ on our B8 S4 equipped with a Kohlefaser Luft-Technik intake and a stage 2 tune with pulley! In normal, comfortable driving conditions, the valve remains closed and exhaust gases are directed through the channels of the mufflers, where sound reduction takes place. To open the exhaust, simply pressing the "valve open" button on the remote key fob unleashes a straight-through, raw, unedited exhaust symphony. Each system is available with your choice of either chrome or black chrome, clamp-on, "pivoting" exhaust tips that accentuate this expertly assembled exhaust system with a perfect finish. With clamps securing each tube in position and allowing multiple degrees of rotation in combination with our ECS Swivel Exhaust Tips, you have the ability to fine-tune the location of each component.

New Brake Pad Wear Sensor Deletes
Brake pad wear sensors are a convenient part of the braking system, notifying the driver of when the material on the brake pads are getting low and need to be serviced. Unfortunately it is common in custom or upgraded braking systems that the pad wear sensor is non-existent or does not mate properly with the connector on your vehicle, leaving you with a brake pad wear warning every time you start your vehicle. Our engineers developed a direct-fit Brake Pad Wear Sensor Bypass to alleviate this issue. This sensor bypass will trick the vehicle's electronics into thinking that the brake pads have adequate pad material to keep the dashboard warning from appearing. New ECS N52 High-Flow Water Pump Upgrade
The N5X family of engines marked the start of a new era for BMW. The all-new aluminum block powerplants featured a host of technical upgrades, aiding in power output, reliability, and performance. Among these technological advances is an external electronic water pump, which removed load from the engine's accessory drive and allowed for advanced pulse-width-modulated (PWM) control. From factory, the N52's electronic water pump is limited to a measly 200W output and strong enough for daily driving, but lacking in performance applications. Our high-quality adapter wiring harness and bracket allow you to install a 400W N54 water pump without any modification, an effortless, yet effective upgrade that doubles the output of the factory water pump!
