Our in-house designed and engineered High Flow Turbo Outlet Pipe Kit features mandrel bent, bead rolled, powdercoated aluminum plumbing from the outlet of the compressor housing directly to the intercooler inlet, along with smoother flowing silicone couplers, stainless steel T-Bolt clamps and all new installation accessories for an easy, direct bolt on installation.

Pauls MK8 GTI
I bought my 2022 GTI in 2022 after hearing this was the last generation of a gas powered GTI. I met my wife in the early 2000s when we were both driving a 2004 black VW Jettas. We have been together ever since and always had a fondness for VW having owned 7 between the two of us. With the nostalgia and desire to have a new GTI I purchased the MK8. The year is 2007, Ive just received a freshly smashed hood on my immaculate 92 Acura Integra from a humble Toyota Tacoma reverser experiencing concentration difficulties. This unfortunate event happened at the same random gas station in Lovingston, VA, that later I will, while clearly experiencing concentration difficulties myself, smash the quarter panel of the same car at a gas pump. So long refreshed Teg with that shiny carbon fiber hood upgrade and new lights. Sneaky gas pump bollards are a real PITA. All of this will happen while trying to visit my now wife located 5 hours from my hometown, Ocean City, MD. Fast forward, we got hitched, and she is on it with insurance and manages to work a song to get $1,900 for repairs. Later that week I walk into the my local Autozone that Im always being hassled and offered cash deals by the same kid for the keys to my car. I scoff and finally tell him $2,000 will land my keys in his hand. He jumps on it and the deal is done later that evening. Its now 2010 and my wife (the VW enthusiast) has been talking up MKIV R32s like its her job, as if buying one would even be possible. She tells me she found one in Florida, original owner, 60s and retired, 20,000 miles, $18,500 cash takes it. She has also somehow worked a deal but we have to leave the very same night and make the 14 hour trip or else the other three prospective buyers get it. She has also told her sister 2 hours away, who is already packing, to come with us. Obviously, I do the right thing, and agree its game on. Duh. Fast>fast> forward and after many car show wins, fun events, and years of decay, the ole girl is no longer that classic shiny tornado red, but now a dull tornado, uhm, well, pink. Its just pink. Clear-coat failure is a curse. We jointly decided that our 2024 wedding anniversary would be a gift to each other - To resurrect the hottest lil hatch ever to be built.

New Mk6 2.0T TSI Stage 2 Performance Clutch Kit
When adding performance modifications to your TSI-equipped Volkswagen, you need a way to put the power to the ground. In tuned applications, increased torque demand often proves too much for the weak factory pressure plate, resulting in a slipping clutch unable to transfer torque efficiently. While clutch upgrades have become commonplace in the aftermarket, many include a single-mass, lightweight flywheel and sprung clutch hub - a drastic change from the OE dual-mass, unsprung setup. This setup is known to produce audible chatter from the transmission due to the decreased dampening provided by the single-mass flywheel - an undesirable solution for your daily-driven build. Thankfully, our engineers have bridged the gap with an all-new stock-architecture upgrade. Keep your OE dual-mass flywheel while increasing torque holding capability! Our 2.0T TSI Stage 2 Performance Clutch Kit is engineered to hold increased torque reliably, and features specifically-selected components to ensure optimal performance while maintaining drivability. Like the OE clutch disc, our performance upgrade features an unsprung hub, designed to be used with a dual-mass flywheel. However, the similarities end here. The disc's friction material composition was carefully engineered to increase grip, heat dissipation, and longevity. Despite this massive increase in power-holding capability, its full-faced nature ensures smooth engagement and comfortable drivability. Additionally, our engineers chose to increase the pressure plate's clamping load, ensuring this clutch will not slip in tuned applications.
Is your engine throwing a misfire code? The problem is generally a failing ignition coil. Ignition coils provide spark, which is an essential step of the internal combustion process. If the spark is faint or nonexistent, power will decrease, and your engine will experience misfires. Moreover, as a vital component of your ignition system, coils should be changed every 40,000-60,000 miles. Our Muffler Delete Kit removes the heavy, restrictive factory muffler and replaces it with our lighter weight, high flow, T304 stainless steel 2.5" exhaust tubing. This kit adds a louder exhaust note in a simple, cost effective way without replacing the entire exhaust system and is fully compatible with the OEM rear valance. Our Muffler Delete Kit creates a noticeable increase in exhaust sound without adding significant drone at cruising speeds. New Gen1 TSI Fuel Rail
The EA888 Gen1 TSI engine has a well-documented history of intake manifold issues. Failures of the inlet runner control flaps, linkage malfunctions, and poor-quality plastic construction contribute to engine fault codes and negatively impact drivability. Since the engine's iteration in 2008, Volkswagen has implemented multiple intake manifold revisions to address these issues. Among many changes, the latest update (06J133201BH) introduces a notable, somewhat unusual alteration: revised fuel rail mounting geometry. Vehicles equipped with older fuel rail revisions (06J133317J or 06J133317M) must upgrade to the newest fuel rail revision (06J133317AB) to ensure proper fitment and optimal functionality. Unfortunately, the updated fuel rail carries a substantial cost, presenting a significant barrier for enthusiasts attempting to retrofit the latest intake manifold. With this issue in mind, our engineers set out to improve upon the existing fuel rail design, creating a cost-effective, all-in-one update and upgrade! Manufactured from 6061-T6 billet aluminum, this precision-machined rail is guaranteed to outlast its OEM counterpart. What's more, our exclusive design features ported fuel injector and fuel feed passages, ensuring optimal fuel flow up to and into each fuel injector.
New 1.8T/2.0T High Performance Water Pump
Whether you're upgrading your high-horsepower FSI build or planning a preventative pump replacement on your daily driver, choose our High-Performance Water Pump for increased cooling and reliability! To surpass the flow rate of the OE water pump, our engineers focused on refining the pump's impeller. By optimizing the blade angle, shape, curvature, and width, they were able to extract a sizeable increase in flow over the factory design. For even greater efficiency, the impeller is CNC-machined from lightweight billet aluminum. This provides a drastic reduction in weight compared to cast aluminum alternatives and grants a further boost in flow. Using advanced CFD (Computational Fluid Dynamics) simulations, the final design delivered an average 14% increase in flow compared to stock! However, with longevity in mind, our engineers didn't stop there. To match the refinement of the impeller, billet aluminum construction was also chosen for the construction of the pump housing. A custom, heavy-duty Viton o-ring was sourced for the pump housing sealing surface, providing increased sealing power, fluid and temperature resistance, as well as durability. A double-row bearing was designed to exceed OEM pump service life, ensuring that this water pump will outlast the competition.
Like many Volkswagens, manual transmission-equipped 1.8T Gen3 vehicles came from the factory with dual-mass flywheels. While this design delivers excellent comfort, smooth gear changes, and minimal vibration, it also adds significant weight and tipping the scales at a hefty 23 lbs. For performance-oriented enthusiasts, the dual-mass flywheel is a hindrance, dulling engine response and overall driving engagement. With this flaw in mind, we set out to design a lightweight, performance-minded single-mass flywheel for 5-speed, 1.8T Gen3-equipped MK6 Jettas, MK7 Golfs, and B7 Passats! Our precision-engineered upgrade weighs in at only 16 lbs.�a substantial weight reduction of 30%! This reduction translates to a dramatic improvement in throttle response and engine pep, allowing you to extract even more driving pleasure from your VW. While many single-mass flywheels introduce intrusive NVH (noise, vibration, and harshness), our extensive testing confirms minimal to no increase in noise when installed, delivering upon the performance benefits listed above without sacrificing comfort. Each flywheel is precision-machined from heat-treated 4140 chromoly steel and hardened to HRC 28 and 32 to ensure toughness, dimensional stability under heat, and consistent wear across the entire friction surface. A black zinc coating adds corrosion resistance to all non-friction surfaces, and precise dynamic balancing exceeds OEM G16 spec (175 g-mm). This ensures smooth operation at any RPM, providing peace of mind and optimum reliability. SFI 1.1 certified, this flywheel meets stringent safety standards, having passed independent lab testing at 1.5x engine redline for one hour without failure. Finally, an integrated tone ring with OEM-matched gear tooth profile ensures flawless operation with factory electronics, making this an uncompromising upgrade for drivers seeking performance, reliability, and peace of mind.

Constructed from heat-sensitive plastic, your factory 1.8T fuel injector cups are prone to self-destruction. After years of constant exposure to engine heat, vibration, and chemical-laden fuel residue, cracks will form in the seat of the insert and create a multitude of issues. Boost and fuel leaks will eventually prompt a lean running condition, a rough idle, and multiple diagnostic trouble codes. With these issues in mind, our engineering team set out to create an everlasting, performance-minded replacement for the factory insert.
