The stock throttle body is smaller than the supercharger inlet creating a massive restriction and directly responsible for power loss. ECS Tuning's in-house designed and engineered Performance Throttle Body Upgrade will do the trick. Designed with a smooth flow path in mind, we start off with a wire reinforced silicone inlet that resists collapse and is stepped in the internal diameter to create a smooth transition to the throttle body. We then went with a high quality OEM Mopar 80mm throttle body that is 10mm larger and has 30% more cross sectional area than OE. The final step is the cast aluminum adapter housing with port matched internal diameters to provide the smoothest flow path possible. On our test car equipped with IE dual pulley 93 octane 80mm throttle body tune, ECS exhaust (valves open, stock catalytic converters), ECS supercharger heat exchanger, ECS Kohlfaser Luft Technik Intake, ECS supercharger and crank pulley, we saw 415 HP and 385 TQ at the WHEELS. Our ECS Tuning replacement harness connectors include all of the necessary pins and wire seals for a complete harness repair. Whether you have broken harness connector or a you need a complete wiring repair, ECS has you covered with the correct parts you need at a price that is affordable compared to OEM. A superbly engineered, ingenious solution for adding vacuum-assisted accessories to your 3.0T, the ECS Billet Boost Tap Kit is even simpler to install and use. The aluminum tap replaces the plastic spacer between the supercharger and discharge tube, introducing two possible vacuum ports for your creative use. ECS decided that just because your car doesn't have a third pedal you shouldn't have to be stuck with the factory shift knob. This shift knob is made of forged carbon to give it a unique look compared to the other non three pedal shift knobs on the market. Installation is simple and utilizes set screws so you can maintain your factory shifter release mechanism. Instead of pressing the button on the factory knob you lift up on the collar on the bottom of the knob to put the vehicle into gear. For installation you simply to remove your shift surround and remove the old shift knob then use the supplied pieces in the kit to maintain your shift release mechanism functionality.
