The PCV system in your B9 S4, like all vehicles, releases pressure from the crank case and recirculates it through the intake to be burned off in the combustion cycle. The primary concern for your drivetrain when making significant power additions to your vehicle is premature wear or failure of your clutch - your factory clutch was designed within tolerances that added power simply surpass.
