The ECS Luft-Technik Intercooler and Charge Pipe System was designed and engineered in-house to provide you with a direct bolt-on system to increase air flow, decrease restrictions, intake temps, and most importantly increase power! ECS Tuning's Luft-Technik Intercooler features a 21x9x3 aluminum bar and plate core with cast aluminum end tanks which uses factory mounting locations, so that no trimming or cutting is necessary. This makes installation completely reversible, creating a system to optimize performance and provide the clean look that Audi owners have come to expect.
Audi C7 S6 ECS Air to Air Intercooler
With this kit you ditch the factory Air to Water setup for an Air to Air design that drastically decreases intake air temps and keeps them down pull after pull. Instead of hot coolant being circulated though the air to water cooler in the engine bay you get a front mounted intercooler, FMIC, that is constantly getting cooled by air flow though the grill and is completely isolated from the engine compartment making it more resistant to heat soak. Unitronic FLEX fuel enabled ECU Performance Software Calibrations are available for this platform allowing for seamless transitions between 100% gasoline to 85% ethanol and anything in between, without requiring an ECU reflash. This FLEX enabled Software is available for an additional fee and it covers all lower stages up until your highest purchased stage as well. New 4M SQ7 4.0T Resonator Delete
Unleash your 4.0T-powered SQ7 with our high-flowing resonator deletes! Our resonator delete kit removes the heavy and restrictive factory resonator assemblies in favor of dual free-flowing 2.75" stainless steel tubing. This adds a deeper, more aggressive exhaust note in a simple, cost-effective way. With the ECS resonator delete kit installed, you'll notice a tangible increase in volume without the detriment of significant drone at cruising speeds.
New 3.0T Billet Vent Tube
This vent tube is located on top of the oil separator/PCV assembly in the valley of the engine block. The opposing end attaches to the bottom of the supercharger for proper ventilation. The OEM plastic tube can become brittle over time, leading to a plethora of other issues. Our ECS vent tube features a billet construction for increased durability to help future-proof your 3.0T by preventing the cracking and warping that comes with plastic components! Our Billet Vent Tube Upgrade was designed, engineered, tested, and quality inspected by our Research and Development team in our Wadsworth, Ohio, facility. We strive for the highest level of precision and quality through leading-edge product development technology, including FARO laser scanning for reverse engineering and quality inspection, SolidWorks 3D CAD modeling, rapid prototyping utilizing our in-house 3D printer, and rigorous long-term product testing.

New Gen1 TSI Fuel Rail
The EA888 Gen1 TSI engine has a well-documented history of intake manifold issues. Failures of the inlet runner control flaps, linkage malfunctions, and poor-quality plastic construction contribute to engine fault codes and negatively impact drivability. Since the engine's iteration in 2008, Volkswagen has implemented multiple intake manifold revisions to address these issues. Among many changes, the latest update (06J133201BH) introduces a notable, somewhat unusual alteration: revised fuel rail mounting geometry. Vehicles equipped with older fuel rail revisions (06J133317J or 06J133317M) must upgrade to the newest fuel rail revision (06J133317AB) to ensure proper fitment and optimal functionality. Unfortunately, the updated fuel rail carries a substantial cost, presenting a significant barrier for enthusiasts attempting to retrofit the latest intake manifold. With this issue in mind, our engineers set out to improve upon the existing fuel rail design, creating a cost-effective, all-in-one update and upgrade! Manufactured from 6061-T6 billet aluminum, this precision-machined rail is guaranteed to outlast its OEM counterpart. What's more, our exclusive design features ported fuel injector and fuel feed passages, ensuring optimal fuel flow up to and into each fuel injector.
New 8Y RS3 ECS 2-Piece Rotors
For enthusiasts in pursuit of maximum stopping performance, we've engineered direct bolt-on, two-piece, semi-floating brake rotors that offer real-world benefits on both the street and track! ECS two-piece rotors combine the advantages of weight savings and rapid heat dissipation to provide a rotor superior to OE, all while preventing warping and extending component life. While the 8Y RS3 comes equipped with two-piece front brake rotors from factory, OEM replacements carry a steep price tag. To provide RS3 enthusiasts with a smarter solution, our engineers set out to develop a cost-effective alternative that outperforms the OEM design. Unlike the factory rotors, which feature drilled holes, ECS rotor rings utilize a precision-machined slotted surface. Slots provide consistent pad contact and superior debris evacuation, ensuring stable braking performance under repeated hard stops. Where drilled holes are prone to cracking under high thermal stress, slots maintain structural integrity, making them ideal for aggressive street driving and track use. The result is a rotor that combines durability, efficiency, and long-term reliability�all at a more attainable cost than Genuine Volkswagen/Audi.

New 1.8T/2.0T High Performance Water Pump
Whether you're upgrading your high-horsepower FSI build or planning a preventative pump replacement on your daily driver, choose our High-Performance Water Pump for increased cooling and reliability! To surpass the flow rate of the OE water pump, our engineers focused on refining the pump's impeller. By optimizing the blade angle, shape, curvature, and width, they were able to extract a sizeable increase in flow over the factory design. For even greater efficiency, the impeller is CNC-machined from lightweight billet aluminum. This provides a drastic reduction in weight compared to cast aluminum alternatives and grants a further boost in flow. Using advanced CFD (Computational Fluid Dynamics) simulations, the final design delivered an average 14% increase in flow compared to stock! However, with longevity in mind, our engineers didn't stop there. To match the refinement of the impeller, billet aluminum construction was also chosen for the construction of the pump housing. A custom, heavy-duty Viton o-ring was sourced for the pump housing sealing surface, providing increased sealing power, fluid and temperature resistance, as well as durability. A double-row bearing was designed to exceed OEM pump service life, ensuring that this water pump will outlast the competition.

Derek's B5 A4 4.2L V8 Swap
I purchased this car off our co-worker, Evan, after pestering him 5 times for it, with the full intent of doing a 4.2L belt driven V8 swap out of a 2000 S8. Since purchasing, the swap is complete along with replacement of the entire B5 S4 front & rear subframes and suspension. I rounded out the build with an 18Z BBK in the front and B5/B7 S4 BBK in the rear. To keep that V8 cool I took a MK4 Radiator and flipped it with some persuasion with a tig welder along with an E-Fan conversion. Up next PAINT...

The Positive Crankcase Ventilation (PCV) system plays a vital role in managing engine blow-by gases, reducing emissions, and regulating crankcase pressure. On the B6 A4 1.8T, the factory PCV components are known to wear out over time, leading to cracked lines, stuck valves, and internal leaks. When this occurs, excess oil vapor from the crankcase ventilation system can accumulate inside your intake tract, coating the intake manifold and intake valves in sticky, oily residue. The result? Increased oil consumption, erratic idle, loss of boost, and reduced power. The ECS Tuning Performance Baffled Oil Catch Can System is a performance-focused upgrade that addresses these issues at the source. Through intensive research, our engineers found two critical flaws in the 1.8T's factory PCV system weak rubber and plastic construction used for plumbing, and poor oil separator circulation. To solve these issues, our kit incorporates high-quality silicone hoses for plumbing and a strategically positioned four-chamber baffled catch can. This precision-engineered system intercepts and traps oil vapor before it can enter the intake system, significantly reducing oil buildup on the back of intake valves, preserving your engine's performance, efficiency, and longevity.
Constructed from heat-sensitive plastic, your factory 1.8T fuel injector cups are prone to self-destruction. After years of constant exposure to engine heat, vibration, and chemical-laden fuel residue, cracks will form in the seat of the insert and create a multitude of issues. Boost and fuel leaks will eventually prompt a lean running condition, a rough idle, and multiple diagnostic trouble codes. With these issues in mind, our engineering team set out to create an everlasting, performance-minded replacement for the factory insert. The result is a precision-machined piece crafted from 6061-T6 billet aluminum a material selected for its excellent strength, durability, and overall resistance to fatigue. Unlike the brittle OE plastic inserts, our billet cups are built to last under extreme stress, ensuring your injectors remain perfectly seated and aligned at all times.
