Precisely balanced turbochargers are a key critical factor to become a TTE upgrade unit as longevity and performance are paramount. Good balance improves acoustics also. Subsequent care is taken with all TTE turbochargers to achieving high balance standards. Firstly parts are balanced at slow speeds up to 2800RPM in multiple planes using a single parts machine, then components are assembled, and then the CHRA are dynamically balanced, but this time depending on the application at up to 250,000 RPM in multiple planes using an in house VSR machine to acquire the ultimate equilibrium, to a standard far higher than OEM. Each turbocharger is supplied with a serial numbered balance test result document. Note: Not for sale or use in the state of California on any pollution-controlled vehicle as per the California Air Resources Board.

The stock throttle body is smaller than the supercharger inlet creating a massive restriction and directly responsible for power loss. ECS Tuning's in-house designed and engineered Performance Throttle Body Upgrade will do the trick. Designed with a smooth flow path in mind, we start off with a wire reinforced silicone inlet that resists collapse and is stepped in the internal diameter to create a smooth transition to the throttle body. We then went with a high quality OEM Mopar 80mm throttle body that is 10mm larger and has 30% more cross sectional area than OE. The final step is the cast aluminum adapter housing with port matched internal diameters to provide the smoothest flow path possible. On our test car equipped with IE dual pulley 93 octane 80mm throttle body tune, ECS exhaust (valves open, stock catalytic converters), ECS supercharger heat exchanger, ECS Kohlfaser Luft Technik Intake, ECS supercharger and crank pulley, we saw 415 HP and 385 TQ at the WHEELS. ECS Tuning's leading R&D team has put in countless hours to engineer the best shifter for the B8/B8.5 chassis in the world! Keeping in mind that not everyone wants the shortest possible throw, ECS has implemented four settings of throw adjustment, providing up to a 43% reduction from the factory. Additionally, ECS has integrated a feature that allows you to independently adjust the height of your shift knob, ranging from factory to 75mm lower. The ECS Short Shifter allows you to fine tune and personalize the shifter to your liking for the best overall shifting experience.

The C7 4.0T is notorious for eating stock fluid filled engine mounts with even the tamest tune. After extensive testing, we've designed a great poly engine mount to handle MOAR POWAH BABEH without too much added NVH! Our Engineering Manager sheered his stock passenger side engine mount while testing the ECS A2A prototype. This caused us to design a better mount while still maintaining drivability! Just like Goldilocks and the Three Bears - our first attempt was too hard, our second was too soft and the third was just right. We found that 40A durometer polyurethane was the optimal balance between NVH and stiffness. Poly bushings plus precision machined billet 6061-T6 housings with thermal isolators are a match made in 4.0T heaven. Also, because we go above and beyond we custom made error-free resistor harnesses. Grab a pair and enjoy crisper throttle response & more precise shifts!

The core offers a 140% increase in frontal area compared to stock heat exchanger and designed to increase power, improve efficiency, and reduce heat soak. Our engineers provided a proper fit by utilizing factory mounting locations, making installation completely reversible.

Our ECS Tuning in-house designed and engineered Functional Aero Rear Wing Kit is an all-in-one solution to providing your car with more downforce necessary to improve rear tire grip for improved handling. Our well thought out kit includes all of the components necessary for a comprehensive install and feature top-tier quality components for long term durability, such as the carbon fiber wing, billet aluminum mounting brackets and uprights, Delrin decklid shims and black oxide stainless steel hardware. The spoiler has an adjustable AOA (angle of attack) between 0� - 20�; to perfect downforce:drag ratio. The end plates are adjustable for aerodynamic needs and the Delrin decklid shims provide for a flat plane to bolt onto your trunk, if it has a sloped angle.
