Extended periods of aggressive driving causes the amount of heat in the rotors to build up, & as the temperature of the rotors increase, the metal begins to expand. With solid rotors, this can lead to numerous issues such as warping of the rotors, unexpected cracking along the inner "ring" or friction surfaces, & increased brake fade. Turner's TrackSport rotors feature a full floating two-piece design & slotted grooves to allow smooth, consistent braking force & easy expulsion of gases & dust created by the brake pads & rotors under heavy braking.

Most BMWs come off the production line with less-than-ideal front camber to encourage understeer. This adversely affects handling and tire-wear by putting less of the tire's contact patch on the ground. The solution: add more negative camber. Turner Motorsport provides an ideal solution to easily add 2.5 negative degrees of camber to your E90, E92, or E93.

Some of the biggest issues when owning a BMW can come from cooling system components. Failure is seen with the plastic fittings and adapters from years of hot to cold temperature fluctuation. The N55 engine sees failure at the plastic adapter connecting the thermostat hose to the cylinder head, this adapter simply shears off at the end of the barbed fitting. Our engineering team decided a billet aluminum piece was a much better option to contend with the temperature fluctuation.

The Turner Motorsport Rear Sway bar upgrade kit is a great way to reduce body roll and under-steer. The factory sway bar on the F3X chassis is very small and thin from the factory! Made from hollow 22.5mm DOM tubing, and blue powder coated for corrosion resistance. This sway bar is paired with 80A Durometer custom polyurethane greaseable bushings, with a grooved bushing inside diameter for improved grease retention. The N55 OE charge pipe is prone to failure; after constant heat cycling, the factory plastic becomes very brittle, leading to cracks and boost leaks, and ultimately entire part failures. The OE charge pipe has also been proven to break once under increased boost pressure. Replace the weak OE charge pipe with the Turner Motorsport N55 Charge pipe for increased air flow, and increased throttle response. You can also safely turn up the boost on your N55 once this kit is installed, and not worry about the problematic factory piece.

The new Turner Motorsport Turbo Side intake gives your N54 huge potential for gains, while transforming the look of your engine bay. This kit relocates the OEM inlets and intakes to the Turbo Side of the engine bay, for maximum performance and power gains, while relocating the coolant expansion tank to the other side of the engine bay, where the stock airbox is normally located. The factory inlets are poorly designed, and cutoff very sharply. This causes a choke point for airflow, causing the N54 to fall off in the upper range of the power band.
