Some of the biggest issues when owning a BMW can come from cooling system components. Failure is seen with the plastic fittings and adapters from years of hot to cold temperature fluctuation. The N52 engine sees failure at the plastic adapter connecting the thermostat hose to the cylinder head, this adapter simply shears off at the end of the barbed fitting. Our engineering team decided a billet aluminum piece was a much better option to contend with the temperature fluctuation.

The coolant expansion tank is at the heart of these issues-a crucial component responsible for holding hot engine coolant under high pressure. The Turner Motorsport Performance Chassis Mount Short Shifter removes the shift carrier assembly entirely removing any prospect of flex caused by bushings or driveline movement. By contrast, this chassis mount shifter offers a drastic reduction in shift lever travel, vagueness, and side-to-side play. The ECS & Turner Motorsport E9X 335 full exhaust systems are ready to improve your driving experience with hearty exhaust notes and a noticeable bump in performance. Designed to mount with the factory exhaust hangers, this exhaust is a bolt-on replacement for the OE version. The full exhaust systems include a High flow, valved, titanium or stainless-steel muffler and is available as Cat-back system as well as a full downpipe back system.

Turner designed their short shifter for all drivers. The weekend warriors, the trackday monsters, and even the daily drivers. They wanted to make something that made sense for any BMW enthusiast. For those who want to drive your car to the track, drive some hotlaps, and then drive back home, they developed a rally lever extension. Their rally lever extension allows you to keep your hands close to the steering wheel through shifts, in efforts to quicken shifts and reaction times on the track. The rally lever comes off and on in seconds with the unique locking design they engineered.

The E92 M3 is an amazing looking car right out of the box but a common BMW issue is the height of the front vs rear bumpers. Dating as far back as the E30, BMW front bumpers have been much lower to the ground than the rear, and the E92 M3 suffers the same fate. This results in the rear bumper appearing incomplete, especially on lowered BMWs. Our add-on diffuser is a unique option for balancing out the rear bumper with the height of the front bumper for that level to ground appearance.

Turner Motorsport Carbon Fiber Intake Systems are top-of-the-line custom-engineered products that are developed in house by Turner. The engineers took it upon themselves to design a prettier, cost effective Carbon Fiber Intake Plenum for S65 owners to compliment their E9X Carbon Fiber Intake System while retaining OEM features. The S65 Carbon Intake Plenum is no different. Turner Carbon Fiber Intakes start with a 3D scan of the factory intake and engine bay. Engineers use these 3D images of the chassis to design the intake plenum in SolidWorks modeling software. Using a Flow Bench, the Intake Plenum is then airflow tested against the factory intake, to ensure optimal airflow improvement against stock. The final product is a beautiful and functional Carbon Fiber Intake Plenum, CAD designed for perfect integration with the OEM inlet ducting and stock mounting locations. Turner's Carbon fiber Intake trumpets flow an average of 13 CFM over the stock BMW intake.
