New Turner E36 Billet X-Brace Reinforcement Kit
Only a hand full of E36 models came with a factory equipped x-brace and the factory x braces do not compare to Turner billet brace. The Turner Motorsport X-brace connects the subframe to the chassis of the car to improve strength, stability and reduce flex. With the added strength and rigidity you have a more solid connection for your engine and steering which results in a better steering feel and overall handling. Along with improved handling the Turner X-Brace covers the engine oil pan providing protection from damage.
New Turner E9X M3 S65 Carbon Intake & Plenum
Turner Motorsport Carbon Fiber Intake Systems are top-of-the-line custom-engineered products that are developed in house by Turner. The engineers took it upon themselves to design a prettier, cost effective Carbon Fiber Intake Plenum for S65 owners to compliment their E9X Carbon Fiber Intake System while retaining OEM features. The S65 Carbon Intake Plenum is no different. Turner Carbon Fiber Intakes start with a 3D scan of the factory intake and engine bay. Engineers use these 3D images of the chassis to design the intake plenum in SolidWorks modeling software. Using a Flow Bench, the Intake Plenum is then airflow tested against the factory intake, to ensure optimal airflow improvement against stock. The final product is a beautiful and functional Carbon Fiber Intake Plenum, CAD designed for perfect integration with the OEM inlet ducting and stock mounting locations. Turner's Carbon fiber Intake trumpets flow an average of 13 CFM over the stock BMW intake.
New Crank Seal Protection & "Bulletproof" Kits
Who doesn't like insurance against engine failure? N52/N54/N55/S55 BMW owners commonly experience a shredded serpentine belt, which can get sucked in through the crank seal on the front of the engine. Oil and coolant leaks are often the culprit, causing the serpentine belt to slip past the crank pulley, getting sucked in behind the harmonic balancer, moving its way past the crank seal, and ultimately ending up in the oil pan. Once belt fragments are in the pan, tiny pieces can block the oil pickup, get caught in the timing chain, or end up in your valve cover. Any and all of these scenarios cause expensive damage at best and engine failure at worst. Our engineers designed a cost-effective and reliable crank seal protection plate for N52/N54/N55/S55 BMW engines that protects the front crank seal from a shredded serpentine belt getting sucked into the engine. We recommend these as inexpensive insurance for all N52, N54, N55 and S55 owners.
Turner E36 Carbon Fiber Intake

Precisely balanced turbochargers are a key critical factor to become a TTE upgrade unit as longevity and performance are paramount. Good balance improves acoustics also. Subsequent care is taken with all TTE turbochargers to achieving high balance standards. Firstly parts are balanced at slow speeds up to 2800RPM in multiple planes using a single parts machine, then components are assembled, and then the CHRA are dynamically balanced, but this time depending on the application at up to 250,000 RPM in multiple planes using an in house VSR machine to acquire the ultimate equilibrium, to a standard far higher than OEM. Each turbocharger is supplied with a serial numbered balance test result document. New Turner E36 Tubular Control Arms Kits
Turner Motorsport control arms are designed in-house to be a longer, stronger, and lighter weight alternative to expensive (and boring) OEM replacements. If you're overhauling the front suspension on your E36, this is the right move for you! Turner�s race kit provides +10mm more track width (per side) than stock. Wider track width reduces the amount of load transfer to the outside when cornering, increases cornering power, and allows more inner clearance for meaty wheel and tire setups or brake ducts. Turner�s drift kit provides 65mm more track width (per side) than stock. This kit creates clearance for 60 degrees of steering angle when installed with our Turner angle kit and rack spacers. Their Roll Center Correction Race Kit corrects your roll center and improves handling, it also provides increased steering response and bump steer correction. Thanks to the use of their rack limiters, you can maintain the same steering angle as before, while drastically decreasing steering wheel input. After the kit was installed on a E36 M3 test vehicle equipped with a Z3 2.7 turn lock to lock steering rack, it only required 2 full turns lock to lock. A reduction of 26%! Bump steer is also correctable to virtually 0, thanks to spacers to adjust tie rods up or down. Z3 2.7 Steering Rack will require different rack spacers (see ES4213307). When you lower a car, it drastically changes the geometry of the suspension. While lowering a car makes it handle better by lowering the center of gravity, the roll center is negatively impacted, increasing the roll moment, which causes cornering forces to have more of an effect on the body roll of the vehicle. This is normally ignored because the stiffer lowering springs make the issue less noticeable, but ultimately grip is lost, and body roll is increased. Once the roll center has been corrected it is immediately apparent how much the performance of the vehicle had been suffering prior. By correcting the lower outer ball joint location with the Turner Roll Center Correction Race Kit, the instantaneous center of rotation is raised, bringing the roll center much closer to the center of gravity, and significantly decreasing roll movement. This minimizes body roll, provides more grip, and ultimately leads to an improved and predictable driving feel.

The Turner Motorsport E36 skid plates are the last skid plates your E36 will ever need. In-house engineered to fit E36 M3 & Non M bumpers. The main skid plate includes frame-mounted support brackets for maximum strength. Manufactured using 10GA 5052 Aluminum for the main plate, the frame supports are made from 9GA 5052 Aluminum. Not only does this skid plate provide superior impact resistance, it also maintains the factory wheel liner mounting positions! All stainless hardware for install is included.

The Turner Performance Adjustable Clutch Pedal is a rigid design that gives you the ability to fully adjust your clutch feel and performance. With both upper and lower adjustments this is the best pedal on the market to fine tune your clutch pedal just the way you like it. The upper eccentric provides an adjustable pedal ratio to fine tune clutch pedal effort(how heavy the pedal feels). The lower adjustment is to change the position of the clutch assist spring, this allows you to choose where the clutch assisting spring engages. Changing where the spring engages will move the area of tension on your clutch from lower, middle to higher for maximum adjustment.
Turner Motorsport E46 M3 Bump Steer Correction kit allows the front outer tie rod end pivot to be relocated, which can be used to correct bump steer resulting from modified caster or lower arm geometry, making your E46 M3 easier to drive and lowering lap times. "Bump steer" is when the steering wheel turns itself when one wheel moves up or down in a turn. This commonly happens in the middle of a turn on a lowered E46. Excessive bump steer increases tire wear and makes the vehicle more difficult to handle on rough roads. Turner's Bump Steer Correction Kit includes multiple-size bump steer spacers for precise adjustment depending on your ride height to eliminate that problem. Not to mention these adjustable tie rods are Precision CNC machined making them INDESTRUCTIBLE. These will handle the abuse of racing and drifting.
Shirk's E46 M3 Build List
Ahh I finally found an E46 M3 after a multi-year hunt! Granted it was the cheapest, highest milage (192K) coupe with a true manual in the country but it was a great deal due to needing literally all the major maintenance. I picked this up as a COVID fire sale special where the guy needed to off load it for some quick cash. Immediately did subframe reinforcement, rod bearings, vanos and fluids all around before starting in on any modifications. It's true what they say... you either buy a 10-15K E46 M3 and put 15K into it or buy a 30K finished one right off the bat and enjoy it.
