New Titanium & Stainless Exhausts | E9X N54 & N55
The ECS & Turner Motorsport E9X 335 full exhaust systems are ready to improve your driving experience with hearty exhaust notes and a noticeable bump in performance. Designed to mount with the factory exhaust hangers, this exhaust is a bolt-on replacement for the OE version. The full exhaust systems include a High flow, valved, titanium or stainless-steel muffler and is available as Cat-back system as well as a full downpipe back system.
Since the M340i/M240i/xDrive was designed to make impressive power in stock form with its B58 engine (and loads more with upgrades), these cars feature some heavy-duty cooling hardware. In order to keep oil temperatures down (something many late model M cars have struggled with) requires a large oil cooler. BMW engineers positioned the oil cooler quite low under the car, positioned horizontally - an aerodynamic design that creates a vacuum force while driving, drawing heat from the oil cooler. The issue some of the vehicle owners have experienced is road debris from small branches to chunks of ice that have impacted the OE belly pan hard enough to crack the oil cooler draining the car's oil rapidly. Being one of the lowest points of the car, even a close encounter with a parking block can mean the end of the road for the factory belly pan - and oil cooler. Damage to the belly pan means reduced cooling, which can result in dangerously high engine temperatures. Once the belly pan is damaged, there is no longer any protection for the oil cooler, meaning damage to the cooler and a catastrophic loss in oil pressure may be right around the corner. Designed using 8 gauge 5052 aluminum, this skid plate kit offers plenty of strength to protect your oil cooler and transmission. We also made sure this would be an easy, reversible upgrade by maintaining OE mounting locations and hardware that requires NO cutting or modification to your vehicle for fitment. Our engineering team also felt it was important to maintain some of the cooling features the BMW engineers spec'd out such as having a trim seal to fit snugly against the cooler edges to create the same vacuum cooling effects as stock.

Turner designed their short shifter for all drivers. The weekend warriors, the trackday monsters, and even the daily drivers. They wanted to make something that made sense for any BMW enthusiast. For those who want to drive your car to the track, drive some hotlaps, and then drive back home, they developed a rally lever extension. Their rally lever extension allows you to keep your hands close to the steering wheel through shifts, in efforts to quicken shifts and reaction times on the track. The rally lever comes off and on in seconds with the unique locking design they engineered.
To enhance performance and amplify the sound, we've thoroughly revamped the factory intake system. Instead of the standard plastic inlet tube linking the turbo to the intake box, we've introduced a superior inlet tube and silicone coupler for a complete upgrade. The silicone coupler ensures an airtight seal on the turbo inlet, while the rotomolded intake tube boasts robust construction and a seamless interior flow path for optimized airflow. It's important to highlight our distinctive dual-cone filter design, featuring a standard conical shape with a smaller inverted cone in the center. This configuration produces an exhilarating sound when lifting off the throttle. The airflow pattern as air exits the filter creates a unique turbo flutter sound, adding to the excitement of the driving experience.

Turner Motorsport control arms are designed in-house to be a longer, stronger, and lighter weight upgrade to prep your car for aggressive driving or the track. If you're overhauling the front suspension on your E46, this is the right move for you! RACE kit provides +10mm more track width (per side) than stock. DRIFT kit provides +65mm more track width (per side) than stock. By correcting the lower outer ball joint location with the Turner Roll Center Correction Race Kit, the instantaneous center of rotation is raised, bringing the roll center much closer to the center of gravity, and significantly decreasing roll movement. This minimizes body roll, provides more grip, and ultimately leads to an improved and predictable driving feel.

BMW - TMS E46 M3 Catch Can - A/N Fittings
This kit features a Turner catch can, the perfect length A/N lines, and billet PCV adapters for seamless installation. The benefit of having a catch can on your vehicle has to do with how much oil vapor is being recirculated back into the engines intake system to be burned. This recycling process is used mostly for emission purpose to keep these harmful vapors out of the atmosphere. This catch can was also engineered for convenience featuring a dipstick to check the fill level and comes complete with a valved drain system.

New Turner E36 Billet X-Brace Reinforcement Kit
Only a hand full of E36 models came with a factory equipped x-brace and the factory x braces do not compare to Turner billet brace. The Turner Motorsport X-brace connects the subframe to the chassis of the car to improve strength, stability and reduce flex. With the added strength and rigidity you have a more solid connection for your engine and steering which results in a better steering feel and overall handling. Along with improved handling the Turner X-Brace covers the engine oil pan providing protection from damage.
New Crank Seal Protection & "Bulletproof" Kits
Who doesn't like insurance against engine failure? N52/N54/N55/S55 BMW owners commonly experience a shredded serpentine belt, which can get sucked in through the crank seal on the front of the engine. Oil and coolant leaks are often the culprit, causing the serpentine belt to slip past the crank pulley, getting sucked in behind the harmonic balancer, moving its way past the crank seal, and ultimately ending up in the oil pan. Once belt fragments are in the pan, tiny pieces can block the oil pickup, get caught in the timing chain, or end up in your valve cover. Any and all of these scenarios cause expensive damage at best and engine failure at worst. Our engineers designed a cost-effective and reliable crank seal protection plate for N52/N54/N55/S55 BMW engines that protects the front crank seal from a shredded serpentine belt getting sucked into the engine. We recommend these as inexpensive insurance for all N52, N54, N55 and S55 owners.
The factory E46 thermostat housing is a combined unit featuring a plastic housing and a built in thermostat that you cannot replace separately. These plastic all-in-one units are commonly know to crack or fail causing a headache. This unit not only converts your plastic housing into a billet aluminum unit that will not crack but also swaps out the integrated thermostat for a replaceable thermostat. The ability to swap out thermostats separately from the whole housing opens up doors to changing thermostats to different temperature ratings based on your application while also providing lower maintenance costs. The days of buying full replacement thermostats are over!

This intake looks and performs well but we cant forget about the best part about upgrading from your factory induction...the sounds, the TURBO SOUNDS! The G30 comes from the factory with an intake resonator designed to quiet down the intake for a tame and quiet driving experience. What's the point of having a car with forced induction if you don't get to hear it!? The engineers at Turner completely understand what a weapon the B58 is and how important it is to hear the exhilarating induction that it can provide.
