Nick is one of our good friends and has a ton of fun Audis that he allows us to play with and develop on. So naturally when he picked up this RS3 we jumped on it and started scanning to develop products that built on an already great 5cyl platform. Upgrade your E46 driving experience by adding induction noises and increased air flow. Let your engine breath by removing the suffocating enclosed intake box and get ready to hear sounds you never thought your naturally aspirated inline 6 could make. Whoever said you need forced induction to make addicting suction noises clearly has not tried this system.

Even when new, factory-style fabric mesh-lined rubber hoses are prone to expansion under the pressure of hard braking, whether it be highway panic stops or threshold braking at the track. This expansion is even more prominent in aged and weathered rubber hoses. Our lines are reinforced with braided stainless steel mesh, affording superior expansion resistance. This resistance to expansion creates a firmer pedal and a more direct pedal feel. Our signature red polymer coating provides additional protection from the elements and abrasion common with the constant movement of suspension and braking systems.

We now have the ECS Tuning Carbon Fiber Engine Bay Top Covers! These snap in and replace the factory plastic beauty cover. The factory covers are just for a finishing touch and some engine noise reduction. With our new Carbon Fiber covers we found they really increased the looks under the engine bay, like they were suppose to have this. Noise was about the same. They reuse the factory rubber grommet off the old factory cover and pop in. Total time is about 5-8 mins to install. One of the easiest mods to the engine bay. ECS Tuning logo comes with the cover that can be installed like our pictures or any where you want. Clear coated carbon fiber that looks great and is not affected by the engine heat. We tested it and have them running on two MINIs locally!

We couldn't be happier to work with our good friend Zach Jobe and his E46 M3 CSL Clone project. Not only do we love seeing the E46 M3 still getting the love and attention from enthusiasts 20 years after its production end, we are also in love with Zach's custom touches that make his dream a reality. Built to last, made from a single piece of 6061 billet aluminum with a rugged and good-looking hard-coat anodizing this diff cover can handle anything you throw at it. Not only is it an absolute masterpiece to look at but this billet diff cover checks all the boxes for features needed. Reinforced mounting ears for strength and stability, never again will you break an ear off your diff cover like the factory units are known to do.

This exhaust allows you to turn up the volume and let the S55 roar a hearty exhaust tone. Let's be honest, what's the point of owning an S55 if you're not going to upgrade the exhaust? Turner's signature muffler design allows you to transfer the exhaust valve from your factory system directly onto your new Turner system. The Turner exhaust signature muffler design allows for two flow paths that change both tone and volume. With the vehicle in eco or comfort mode, the valves remain closed, with the closed valves the exhaust system allows the gasses to flow through the muffler toning down the volume and giving a more refined exhaust note. While in driving modes sport or sport+ the valve opens and the flow path changes to a "straight flow path" essentially turning into a straight-piped exhaust for the least amount of restriction and the most amount of twin-turbo S55 sound!

Upgrading to the Turner Billet Differential cover gives you the strength you need to push your car to its limits without worrying about snapping a diff mount from clutch kicking or other shocks to the drivetrain. In addition to its enhanced strength, this differential cover includes numerous other upgrades and conveniences. These include improved cooling and lubrication for the ring gear, upgraded fill and drain plugs, and the option to expand for an external oil cooler for extreme motorsport usage. Designed to complement both upgraded daily drivers and extensively modified track cars, it also offers a visually appealing design. This diff cover is cool, literally, the entire construction was designed with optimized cooling in mind. External fins are strategically placed on the rear face, bottom, and between the mounting ears of the cover, serving as effective heat sinks for optimal heat dissipation. This ensures stable temperatures, promoting longevity for both the fluid and your differential. Additionally, the internal design ensures continuous oiling and lubrication to the ring gear, maintaining its stability and preventing fatigue by controlling heat more effectively. An internal baffle at the cover's corner helps maintain proper pressure and prevents cavitation.

Whether you're replacing a worn-out clutch or upgrading for increased power handling, this E34 M5 clutch kit offers a reliable solution for enhanced pedal feel, power capacity, and overall driving satisfaction. Paired with a modified geometry flywheel, the E34 M5 style clutch is ideally suited for most E36, E46, and others using the same powertrain. It checks all the boxes for essential clutch replacement features. Designed in house, we have designed Performance Engine and Transmission Mounts that control fore/aft engine & transmission movement and allows for seamless power transfer to the tires. Wheel hop is eliminated, throttle response is improved and gear engagement is more precise. This design mimics our hugely popular MK7 mounts redesigned to fit perfectly on the MK8 chassis. More than just an insert, our ECS mounts iare a full unit replacement that upgrades the bushings to polyurethane and metal to strong, yet lightweight, billet aluminum for the ultimate in drivetrain control.

The OEM water distribution pipe is made of plastic, like many other components in your cooling system. This plastic becomes brittle over time and exposure to constant temperature change. Instead of installing another plastic piece that is bound to fail after some time or when you are doing repair work, ECS engineered a permanent solution; our aluminum water pipe with black coating. We started with the OEM piece to ensure we get all the critical dimensions just right. Made of aluminum for a strong yet lightweight pipe. It contains the factory tabs that are commonly shared with Peugeot and Citroen Engine (PSA Motors). And we finally coated our aluminum beauty to protect it against corrosion inside and out. We've developed the strongest, longest-lasting, best-looking solution on the market. The only one on the market!

ECS Tuning Performance Kevlar reinforced belts give you that extra piece of mind! Kevlar reinforced belts experience less elongation over time minimizing the amount of belt adjustment needed as well as offering a higher shock and impact resistance compared to OEM style belts. Constructed from 6061 Billet Aluminum, these mounts are built to last. While most performance drivetrain mounts feature solid or polyurethane-bonded aluminum construction, the engineers at Turner designed a unique four-piece design that disburses NVH (noise, vibration, and harshness). This multi-piece design offers the added benefit of serviceability. Additionally, encapsulating the polyurethane and adding a TecaPeek isolator prevents heat transfer to the insert, increasing the lifespan and durability of the mount.

Featuring machined 6061 billet aluminum construction, high-temperature Viton o-rings, and a diaphragm-less internal piston and spring design, our diverter valve is the ultimate upgrade in performance and durability. Unlike aftermarket vent-to-atmosphere style diverter valves, our piece is designed to fully recirculate boost for transient throttle response and reduced turbocharger lag. Utilizing billet aluminum construction for the valve's exterior eliminates the potential for cracking in the external body, exponentially increasing durability over factory plastic construction. The Turner Motorsport Performance Chassis Mount Short Shifter removes the shift carrier assembly entirely removing any prospect of flex caused by bushings or driveline movement. By contrast, this chassis mount shifter offers a drastic reduction in shift lever travel, vagueness, and side-to-side play. An elevated base allows for moving the fulcrum point upwards, resulting in a much shorter and more precise throw. Shift times are further reduced by a tall, "rally style" shift lever, used to aid in leverage while also bringing the lever closer to the steering wheel. Turner's design incorporates a proprietary centering spring design, which is adjustable for increasing or decreasing self-centering force.
