NEW ECS Sway Bar Upgrades for MK5/MK6 4Motion Sway Bars Aug 16, 2021

Give your AWD MK5/MK6 the cornering control it needs to handle everything from a tough track day to a hard back-road blast with the new ECS Tuning Sway Bar and End Link upgrade kits! Designed to replace your factory setup with beefier sway bars, adjustable end links, and stiffer bushings, these kits will improve your cornering by reducing body roll which means your tires can spend more time gripping and less time slipping.

Downpipes for your VW/Audi with select turbo engines Aug 16, 2021

The perfect way to unleash hidden horsepower in a modern turbocharged engine is to upgrade the restrictive factory downpipe with a smoother, higher flowing unit. This is a great way to increase performance and add a sophisticated growl to the exhaust note. Ideal performance is achieved through expelling exhaust gasses at maximum velocity through a larger diameter, freer flowing downpipe due to smoother bend radius, larger internal diameter and a less-restrictive catalytic converter.

Mike's R52 MINI Cooper Convertible Build List Aug 15, 2021

I'm Mike, the MINI Brand Manager. I have owned several MINIs including my current pair, a 2005 R52 MINI Cooper Convertible that I bought new, and a 2012 R58 MINI MINI Coupe JCW. MINIs are just go-karts with more power, which keeps me in love with their dynamic driving experience. Even the factory handling is better than any car I've owned, but that doesn't stop me from adding upgrades to make them even more fun. When you modify a MINI, you are improving on a platform that starts from such a great package and only feels better the more you do.

Nate's E92 M3 Build List

Did You Know?

After owning an E90 335i for a couple of years, I was ready for something new. I'm a die-hard BMW fan and knew the M3 was the only logical next step. As the only M3 ever produced with a V8 making over 400 horsepower and revving to 8400 RPM, I knew this was the car for me. So far, I've fitted my M3 with Genuine BMW Style 359 wheels, ECS Carbon Fiber exterior upgrades, KW H.A.S. suspension, a Turner Motorsport skid plate, and Turner Motorsport software to tie it all together.

Cars, for me, have always been an avenue for self-expression. They're a blank canvas to create a piece of art. I need to choose a platform that offers several options for parts and customization, but I also have to like the aesthetics of that car. These things combined give me the best opportunity to build something unique. I always look through online catalogs for parts and picture a basic idea of what I want out of a build before I purchase the vehicle. My advice to fellow enthusiasts out there: follow your gut. Don't just do something because you think others will like it.

Derek's C7 S6 4.0T Build List Aug 15, 2021

I grew up interested in boats as we were a boater family. The mechanical aspect was always the most intriguing. When I was able to purchase my own vehicle I got really into off-roading/ overland/ camping, so I built a Toyota Tundra to tackle those duties. Next was a Subaru STi to get my feet wet in the tuner/ JDM world. This car ended up getting a full motor build and pumping out 600hp. Finally, I came to ECS and became attracted to the sophisticated, yet complicated German engineering ways. This lead me to buy my Audi S6. I've always been an Audi fan growing up and my father had plenty throughout the 90's. He also had a Porsche when he was 26, so 911's give me the feels too. At this point I'm hooked and always drawn in by advancements in the OE or aftermarket automotive fields.

Andrew's E36 325i Build List Aug 15, 2021

I have always loved BMW E36s, but the 325i was my gateway into drifting. Some of the modifications I have done certainly aren't for the purist, but many of them are good for the weekend warrior or just a daily that sees some spirited driving. While I love all things BMW, the E36 will always hold a special place in my heart. For me, it truly is the "Ultimate Driving Machine."

Andrew's F32 435i Build List Aug 15, 2021

The 435i was my introduction to forced induction BMWs - I wanted to buy something "more reliable" than the N54, but still wanted a turbo BMW. After looking for a white M-Sport manual transmission 435i, I found this one and purchased it sight unseen from California. My interest in cars is rooted in "stance" culture, so my 435i ended up less than practical, but it is still a blast to drive and easy on the eyes.

Caleb's MK6 Jetta GLI Build List Aug 15, 2021

I've always felt like the MK6 Gen3 GLI was an underrated platform, so in 2018 I purchased one and started making my vision for the car a reality. We regularly use my GLI for product development for the platform. It sports our rear diffuser, adjustable damping coilovers, front and rear sway bars, and more parts we're actively testing. Our unique aesthetic upgrades set the car apart from the crowd. The brakes, suspension, engine, exhaust, and software upgrades make for a refined and aggressive driving experience that puts a smile on my face every single time.

Joe's MK4 TDI Wagon Build List Aug 15, 2021

The MK4 VW platform has always been a favorite of mine thanks to it's chiseled good looks and premium interior. I purchased an ‘04 Jetta Wagon 1.8T Manual when I was in college in 2012. Two years later I upgraded to an ‘03 Jetta Wagon TDI Manual with the coveted ALH TDI engine. I got a Malone Stage 1 tune for it right away in order to wake it up a little bit! Thanks to my long commute, I've been fortunate enough to test many in-house designed ECS products. This includes the Adjustable Short Shifter, Poly Control Arm Bushings, Poly Subframe Bushings, Adjustable End Links and more!

Siebert's Corrado Build List Aug 15, 2021

I had purchased this car in March of 2016 as a barely running project with no interior and a laundry list of issues. Over the years I have slowly but surely made it something similar to what I had in my head. Most people are confused about the way the setup is but I'm perfectly okay with it. It's been autocrossed, drag raced, hard parked, blown up, and much more but it still keeps going. Overall it will continue to be a project for me as he never plans to sell it given the increasing desire for the SLC models. Here's a list of some of the products I have on It available here.

Toph - Evan's B5 A4 2.8 30v Aug 15, 2021

Since selling my old E39 I've been constantly on the lookout for a replacement vehicle that is classy, classic, and manual. Lucky for me a good friend of mine had bought a minty B5 A4 2.8 5spd. After he had owned it for about 4 years, he put on ST XTA coilovers and a simple set of Rotiform RSEs. After buying it off him all I wanted to do was refresh the old suspension and drivetrain components and keep it clean and simple just like he had. Aesthetically all I added to Toph (that's her name) was a set of Avant-Garde M240s, whats next is still up for debate!

Greg's E30 325i Vert Aug 15, 2021

Greg's E30 325i Vert

Did You Know?

The car was purchased in April of 2017 with 108k original miles and a working odometer! The car was found in Nitro, West Virginia and was a doctor’s car that seemed to only be taken out on the weekends and in nice weather. It had been in storage since 2008 and right before it went into storage it had a brand new top put on it. The car is fully functional with all drivetrain being 100% stock. Once it was trailered back to Ohio the refresh began. The car has been gone through from top to bottom. All new timing, water pump, thermostat, head gasket, and all rubber hoses were replaced. When the head was off the engine was inspected and still showed factory cross hatching in the cylinder bores. This car is a perfect example of a daily drivable 30+ year old car. It is a survivor that gets many miles a year and is taken to car shows quite often. It does have some basic modifications but the point was to keep it as stock as possible and on the road for many more years to come!

Tyler's MK6 Golf TDI Build List Aug 15, 2021

Tyler purchased this once VW dealer shop parts car out of New Mexico in June of 2019. Over time it has become less of a daily and more of a fun backroads car. With less power than a Honda Civic, and adding some select exhaust mods and a tune, it will now overcome a few grocery getters. He will plan to keep this car as the perfect daily driver for quite some time to come. Here’s a list of some of the products he has on It available here.

Craig's BMW E30 Vert M50 24v Swapped Build List Aug 15, 2021

I'm Craig, our Social Media and Creative Content coordinator, and this was my 24v-swapped, late-model-converted, E30 Vert. This car entered my life when E30s were cheap and plentiful after my daily was totaled by a red light runner. It was physically pristine, but it was mechanically in need of everything, which is why it ended up 24v swapped, among the host of other upgrades and retrofits I performed during my ownership of this E30. I sold this car in April of 2021, but it will forever be the best E30 I've ever owned and the most in-depth build I've attempted to date.

Craig's Porsche 996 Carrera 4 Build List Aug 15, 2021

When the 996 Carrera debuted in 1998, my uncle gave me a scale model of a C2 Cabriolet, which cemented my love for these cars from an early age. Years later, I lived with him in Germany for a summer, where I was fortunate enough to learn how to drive a manual transmission in his 993 Targa. Since that experience, I promised myself I'd own a 911 before I turned 30. In February of 2021, I sold my E30 and my VA WRX to purchase this 996.1 C4 aero 6spd. I immediately addressed all the common concerns, added a few Rennline goodies, and now plan to enjoy the car for the rest of my life.

Shirk's B5 S4 Avant

Did You Know?

I'm Josh, & I'm always hunting for a good deal even when I don't "need" another car. When the opportunity came up to buy a Laser Red (second best color) B5 S4 Avant in manual I had to jump on it! It was a 1 owner car that a Dr. in NY State had owned & serviced at 1 dealership since new. I got full service records from delivery to 182K. I wanted to keep it very OEM+ replacing old & tired parts with a few upgrades as seen below. The B5 S4 owners groups have been great at sourcing NLA Genuine parts like the Sport Mirrors & Interior Trim. Extremely fun car to drive on nice days!

Shirk's E46 M3 Build List Aug 15, 2021

Ahh I finally found an E46 M3 after a multi-year hunt! Granted it was the cheapest, highest milage (192K) coupe with a true manual in the country but it was a great deal due to needing literally all the major maintenance. I picked this up as a COVID fire sale special where the guy needed to off load it for some quick cash. Immediately did subframe reinforcement, rod bearings, vanos and fluids all around before starting in on any modifications. It's true what they say... you either buy a 10-15K E46 M3 and put 15K into it or buy a 30K finished one right off the bat and enjoy it.

Shirk's MK5 GTI Fahrenheit Build List Aug 15, 2021

If you type in VW commercial the most popular results are still the "Un-Pimp Your Auto" from the mid 2000s when the MK5 was launched! That marketing hooked me! So naturally when I had the opportunity to buy a low mileage Fahrenheit Edition I jumped on it. My Fahrenheit is #254 of 1,200 and I have owned it since 2015. It was relatively stock when I picked it up, but it didn't stay that way for long. I immediately did coilovers, wheels, intake, tune, full 3" exhaust & upgraded fuel pump. We have used it as a development car for multiple ECS Products!

Dave's F30 340i xDrive Build List Aug 15, 2021

I've wanted to own a BMW since I was a little kid. They've always struck me as the perfect combo of luxury and performance. After years of forcing myself to buy "practical" cars, I finally started looking for a 2017 F30 340i XDrive. I stumbled upon one at a local dealer in Glacier Silver Metallic with a red interior and it still makes me smile every time I look at it. So far I've done some basic mods (intake, flush kit, charge pipe, front lip, blackout grilles). Next up is probably a skid plate. After that, who knows?

Bill's E46 M3 Build List

Did You Know?

My first car was a 1998 528i, that's where I was first introduced to BMW. That car was my first experience working on a lot of things by myself, and I found out how straightforward BMW’s were to maintain. I’ve had plenty of other Euro cars, including a 911 SC, but the E46 M3 was always my dream car from the beginning. Eventually, I sold the 911 and bought my M3 in 2009. Since then, I’ve repainted it Daytona Violet, installed a Hamann wing like the Turner Motorsport team used on their race cars, put the factory seats back in, and am re-kitting it for an OE+/CS style build.
