New ECS Brake Upgrades for MKIV R32 & MKI TT
Take your braking to the next level with our Stage 4 Front Big Brake Kit, engineered for enthusiasts who demand maximum stopping power. This high-performance kit includes quality, race-inspired braking components, delivering track-ready performance and precision stopping directly to your vehicle. Each part is designed and tested in-house at ECS Tuning to ensure quality, reliability, and compatibility with your application. At the heart of our kit are massive ECS 18Z 6-piston front brake calipers, which provide exceptional clamping force for consistent, fade-free braking. These calipers work in tandem with large 2-piece floating rotors, which reduce stress on the rotor hat while allowing the friction surface to expand independently under heat. This floating design improves braking leverage and ensures that your rotors maintain optimal performance even under heavy, repeated stops on the street or track. Additionally, our proprietary rotors are cross-drilled and slotted, giving you the perfect balance of durability, performance, and cooling. The slotted surfaces provide improved bite and consistent stopping power, while the cross-drilled pattern allows heat and gases generated during braking to escape, reducing the risk of fade and extending rotor life. Complementing the rotors are ECS EP24 "Enthusiast Performance" brake pads, formulated to deliver aggressive stopping power, smooth engagement, and reliable performance in all conditions.
New F8x Aluminum Heat Exchanger
BMW's S55 uses a unique water-to-air charge air cooler. While this cooler is located inside the intake manifold, it relies on a front-mounted heat exchanger for heat dissipation. Many enthusiasts have found that this heat exchanger is a limiting factor when it comes to extracting more horsepower and torque from the twin-turbocharged-platform. Its single-row, 27mm core is quick to heat soak, resulting in sky-high-IATs and subsequently sending the DME into limp-home-mode. To solve this issue, Turner Motorsport has-designed an all-aluminum, performance-oriented heat exchanger suitable for street-focused, high-horsepower builds, track-oriented vehicles, and everything in between. To improve upon the factory design, Turner engineers started by addressing the weak, failure-prone plastic end tanks. Constructed from durable 5052 aluminum and TIG-welded for added strength, these end tanks are guaranteed to outlast the factory design. Additionally, the end tanks feature CNC-machined billet aluminum hose connectors, flanges, and brackets. This ensures seamless integration with the factory hosesand mounting provisions, providing a trouble-free fit and effortless installation.
New F8X High Performance Oil Cooler
If you're pushing your S55-equipped BMW to the limit, keeping it cool is crucial. While most enthusiasts focus on upgrading the radiator and water-to-air intercooler systems, the engine oil cooler is an overlooked yet critical component. New for the F8X-generation M2, M3, and M4 is a low-slung, horizontally mounted oil cooler that leverages aerodynamics to create a low-pressure zone, increasing the overall efficiency of the oil cooler. While this design offers sustainable oil cooling for street-driven vehicles, the undersized core quickly reaches its limit on modified or track-driven cars. Additionally, its exposed position leaves it especially vulnerable to damage from road debris, meaning a small scrape can necessitate full replacement. If you're already replacing your oil cooler, why not upgrade? Turner's team of engineers set out to improve upon the factory design by engineering a larger core that restores lost efficiency and offers measurable improvements in thermal performance. By increasing the core thickness by 7% over the factory unit, this upgraded design improves airflow efficiency through the cooler, helping maintain lower and more consistent engine oil temperatures. What's more, its robust bar-and-plate core design, sheet metal end tanks, and 5052 aluminum composition, this cooler is built to take abuse. Whether you're replacing a tired OEM unit or upgrading for peace of mind, the Turner Motorsport High Performance Oil Cooler is a must-have reliability upgrade for your F8X BMW.

Lowering springs not only increase handling performance they provide an astounding aesthetic upgrade by decreasing the wheel gap and giving your car a more planted/fitted appearance.
New ECS N14/N18 Turbo Oil Feed Line
The turbocharger oil supply line is one of the most common failures on N14/N18-equipped R5X MINIs. This line plays a crucial role in delivering pressurized engine oil to the turbocharger's center housing (CHRA), keeping its bearings cooled and lubricated. The turbocharger oil feed line sits very close to the exhaust manifold and catalytic converter. Over time, extreme heat causes the oil inside the line to solidify or "coke", resulting in a permanent restriction of oil delivery. While MINI attempted to fix this issue by retrofitting a supply line heat shield to N14-equipped cars, the problem continues to plague MINI owners. Additionally, the associated banjo bolts feature copper crush washers that are prone to heat-induced warping, causing a severe oil leak. To solve these issues, we've designed a high-performance replacement for the factory turbocharger oil feed line (11657534454). Constructed from high-quality stainless steel braided AN hose, our design ensures safe and reliable oil delivery to your turbocharger. Unlike the factory line, this upgraded hose features a PTFE lining for superior chemical and temperature resistance. Black zinc-plated fittings and banjo bolts prevent corrosion, ensuring a lasting, leak-free installation.
New Mk6 Golf/JSW TDI Luft-Technik Intake
The ECS Luft-Technik Performance Intake System is designed to maximize efficiency, airflow, and induction sound, enhancing your driving experience while completely transforming your engine bay. This intake unlocks an unparalleled auditory experience by eliminating the restrictive factory components, freeing up restrictions for an exhilarating induction soundtrack. Let your engine breathe! At the heart of the Luft-Technik system is a high-precision, CAD-modeled aluminum heat shield. Crafted for a direct bolt-on fit on the TDI-equipped MK6 Jetta, Golf, & JSW, this heat shield is finished in a durable wrinkle black powder coat that resists corrosion while adding a clean and performance-inspired aesthetic under the hood. Not only does the heat shield look good, it also does a fantastic job of minimizing heat intrusion. This provides colder, more stable IATs (intake air temperatures), feeding your engine cooler air for more power. Inside the heat shield, youll find a massive 3 dual-cone high-flow air filter designed for maximum intake surface area and airflow efficiency. Our conical filter design doesn't just improve filtrationit significantly enhances the induction acoustics, delivering a bold and satisfying sound every time you accelerate.

Blakes 2016 VW Golf R
This is my dream build and pending big turbo. I had a 13 Golf R prior in my life and had to get rid of it. Now I am in a place where Im fortunate enough to have and build this car. ECS tuning has been my go to for a majority of my parts. Absolutely love the customer service and quality.
Pauls MK8 GTI
I bought my 2022 GTI in 2022 after hearing this was the last generation of a gas powered GTI. I met my wife in the early 2000s when we were both driving a 2004 black VW Jettas. We have been together ever since and always had a fondness for VW having owned 7 between the two of us. With the nostalgia and desire to have a new GTI I purchased the MK8. Sadly, the 240hp stock wasnt enough and with that I started building as parts became available. Currently making 390hp and 417lbs torque. Additional Upgrades Wheels Konig Rennform with Yokohama Tires
Kody and Ambers MKIV R32
The year is 2007, Ive just received a freshly smashed hood on my immaculate 92 Acura Integra from a humble Toyota Tacoma reverser experiencing concentration difficulties. This unfortunate event happened at the same random gas station in Lovingston, VA, that later I will, while clearly experiencing concentration difficulties myself, smash the quarter panel of the same car at a gas pump. So long refreshed Teg with that shiny carbon fiber hood upgrade and new lights. Sneaky gas pump bollards are a real PITA. All of this will happen while trying to visit my now wife located 5 hours from my hometown, Ocean City, MD. Fast forward, we got hitched, and she is on it with insurance and manages to work a song to get $1,900 for repairs. Later that week I walk into the my local Autozone that Im always being hassled and offered cash deals by the same kid for the keys to my car. I scoff and finally tell him $2,000 will land my keys in his hand. He jumps on it and the deal is done later that evening. Its now 2010 and my wife (the VW enthusiast) has been talking up MKIV R32s like its her job, as if buying one would even be possible. She tells me she found one in Florida, original owner, 60s and retired, 20,000 miles, $18,500 cash takes it. She has also somehow worked a deal but we have to leave the very same night and make the 14 hour trip or else the other three prospective buyers get it. She has also told her sister 2 hours away, who is already packing, to come with us. Obviously, I do the right thing, and agree its game on. Duh. Fast>fast> forward and after many car show wins, fun events, and years of decay, the ole girl is no longer that classic shiny tornado red, but now a dull tornado, uhm, well, pink. Its just pink. Clear-coat failure is a curse. We jointly decided that our 2024 wedding anniversary would be a gift to each other - To resurrect the hottest lil hatch ever to be built.

Seif's MK7.5 Golf R
This build started with a simple idea: I wanted a car that felt special every time I drove it, not just on paper. The 2018 Golf R was already a solid foundation, but I wanted it to reflect how I actually enjoy driving. I began with an APR Stage 1 ECU and TCU tune to wake the car up, then slowly added parts that made it feel sharper and more alive, not louder for the sake of noise. The intake, turbo muffler delete, and Milltek valved exhaust came from countless late-night research sessions and real-world feedback, chasing balance over hype. Suspension and wheels were next, dialing in stance and control without sacrificing comfort. The interior upgrades followed naturally, turning the cabin into a place that feels driver-focused and personal. This build wasnt rushed. It evolved piece by piece, guided by experience, restraint, and the goal of building a Golf R that feels right every single drive

New Mk6 2.0T TSI Stage 2 Performance Clutch Kit
When adding performance modifications to your TSI-equipped Volkswagen, you need a way to put the power to the ground. In tuned applications, increased torque demand often proves too much for the weak factory pressure plate, resulting in a slipping clutch unable to transfer torque efficiently. While clutch upgrades have become commonplace in the aftermarket, many include a single-mass, lightweight flywheel and sprung clutch hub - a drastic change from the OE dual-mass, unsprung setup. This setup is known to produce audible chatter from the transmission due to the decreased dampening provided by the single-mass flywheel - an undesirable solution for your daily-driven build. Thankfully, our engineers have bridged the gap with an all-new stock-architecture upgrade. Keep your OE dual-mass flywheel while increasing torque holding capability! Our 2.0T TSI Stage 2 Performance Clutch Kit is engineered to hold increased torque reliably, and features specifically-selected components to ensure optimal performance while maintaining drivability. Like the OE clutch disc, our performance upgrade features an unsprung hub, designed to be used with a dual-mass flywheel. However, the similarities end here. The disc's friction material composition was carefully engineered to increase grip, heat dissipation, and longevity. Despite this massive increase in power-holding capability, its full-faced nature ensures smooth engagement and comfortable drivability. Additionally, our engineers chose to increase the pressure plate's clamping load, ensuring this clutch will not slip in tuned applications.
Maximize cooling system efficiency and performance with our High Performance Cooling System Bundle and complete system upgrade that includes our High Performance Aluminum Radiator and High Performance Aluminum Heat Exchanger. Designed to handle the intense heat generated by tuned and track-driven BMWs, this package delivers superior temperature control, improved reliability, and consistent performance under demanding conditions. For performance-focused applications, the factory BMW G2X radiator and heat exchanger simply don't meet the demands of higher heat loads and spirited driving. Like many BMWs, the factory heat exchanger and radiator feature molded plastic end tanks common and well-documented failure point. In addition to this issue, the single-row cores are far undersized for high-horsepower, track-focused builds, measuring a measly 25mm (heat exchanger) and 34mm (radiator). With these issues in mind, we set out to offer the ultimate cooling system upgrade for the G2X B58 platform: an all-aluminum, dual-row, high-performance radiator and heat exchanger kit! Engineered in-house by our dedicated team of BMW enthusiasts, our cooling upgrade kit offers significant increases in both cooling capacity and overall system durability. To improve upon the factory design, our engineers started by addressing the weak, failure-prone plastic end tanks. Constructed from durable 6061-T6 aluminum and TIG-welded for added strength, these end tanks are guaranteed to outlast the factory design. Additionally, our proprietary end tanks feature CNC-machined billet aluminum hose connectors, flanges, and mounting brackets. This ensures seamless integration with the factory hoses, fan shroud, and accessories, providing a trouble-free fit and effortless installation. To increase the radiator's thermal capacity, we replaced the 34mm, single-row core with a dual-row, 42mm core. This increases the effective volume of the cooling system, thereby improving the radiator's ability to dissipate heat. The heat exchanger received the same 42mm dual-row core, a massive increase over the factory 25mm size. This grants lower IATs, keeping your car cooler on both the street and the track!
New 3.0T Billet Vent Tube
This vent tube is located on top of the oil separator/PCV assembly in the valley of the engine block. The opposing end attaches to the bottom of the supercharger for proper ventilation. The OEM plastic tube can become brittle over time, leading to a plethora of other issues. Our ECS vent tube features a billet construction for increased durability to help future-proof your 3.0T by preventing the cracking and warping that comes with plastic components! Our Billet Vent Tube Upgrade was designed, engineered, tested, and quality inspected by our Research and Development team in our Wadsworth, Ohio, facility. We strive for the highest level of precision and quality through leading-edge product development technology, including FARO laser scanning for reverse engineering and quality inspection, SolidWorks 3D CAD modeling, rapid prototyping utilizing our in-house 3D printer, and rigorous long-term product testing.
