JOM has undertaken the engineering challenge of designing an adjustable coilover suspension system that meets German TUV quality and finish standards while keeping production and manufacturing costs significantly lower than competitors. The Blueline Coilover Kit represents the fulfillment of this mission, incorporating a threaded shock body and adjustable lower mount for a wide range of ride heights, while avoiding unnecessary expense to the consumer. Polished steel housings and anodized spring perches lower from 1 1/4" to 3 1/2" at the front and 1 1/4" to 3" at the back.

The MKIV Jetta 2.0L is especially responsive to airflow modifications because of its restrictive factory airbox - small changes in air density can effect huge changes in engine power & smoothness. The in-house engineered ECS XAS system uses a mandrel bent 76.2mm (3.0") diameter aluminum pipe and 4-ply silicone couplers, completely replacing the restrictive OE air box and intake snorkel. Because air is drawn primarily from outside the engine bay, intake air temperatures are cooler, increasing cylinder pressure for stronger engine operation.
